International PSI Sarah Ward Targets young, unsuspecting, professionals, and students! Maitland, Florida

This is a rather surprising "job recruitment" scheme that preys on young men and women interested in the marketing/sales industry. They like to post on careerbuilder.com and other job recruitment sites to seem more credible than "craigslist scams". They are interested in attractive, outgoing, students or people with customer service experience in any industry.

The initial interview process:

-They call you immediately, I'm talking 1-2 days after you apply for this "marketing position".

-They inerview several people a week (Im talking atleast 20-75) a week although each day you will only see about 6-15 other interviewees in the office with you.

-The first day is an interview with the office HR/administrator where she only speaks with you about 5 to 10 min.

-Then you will get a call back that night saying you got it and to come in for your second interview the next day.

-The second day you are paired up with a "leader" that takes you into their territory and shows you how they do door to door sales with small businesses and "help" these small businesses save money. The leader shows you that they close these deals very easily and he/she makes $100 per phone line they sell to a business. For example 1business and 4 phone lines =$400. THIS IS A LIE. THEY DO NOT MAKE THESE SALES FREQUENTLY AND THEY DO NOT GET PAID IN FULL.

-By the end of the day you are brought back to the office and do another 10 min interview with either Sarah Ward(the owner) or an assistant manager. They tell you they will call you with thier answer by later that night.

Training:

-You get the call back and you start training in a small group of beginners about 6-10 people in a classroom. They give you a script to learn and teach you the different phone plans to sell and put you on a "team" with a "leader" to build your confidence and make you feel a bond with your co-workers.

-They have morning meetings with the whole office and repeatedly emphasize the money to come when you become an owner of your own office in 1-2 years. They repeatedly talk about making 100k a year and being your own boss. They de-emphasize the harshness of door to door sales and keep speaking of thier "blatant honesty" with customers.

- The "leaders" have closed off morning gatherings after the office meeting and they discuss the trainees and the different ways to manipulate them into staying and to teach them their "actual sales techniques" gradually and sneakily.

-Sarah Ward encourages and teaches these leaders how to "connect" in different ways with these trainees to paint them a false glamourous picture of loyalty and success.

Solo door to door:

-You are sent out to your own territory to approach businesses randomly and stick to the script that was taught to you and avoid any extra information or directly answering questions to these business people.

-You are pressured to make 4 closed deals in 7 days o get promoted to a "leader" position.

-If you struggle with making sales your co-workers either overly support you or put pressure on you depending on what they have been told to do.

-If you are not making sales it is probably because you are not sticking to the script, or trying to be open and honest with customers.

-The prices, services, and phones involved in these sales are a SCAM and not any better for business people than going to the store or online.

IMPORTANT:

-The work days are from 7:50am-7:30pm

-Gas is not payed for

-It is soley comission based pay, no salary option even though they tell you there is.

-You will not get paid any money until 3 weeks in.

-The people that work for this company are professional liars and manipulators and the relationships you build here are phony. You will never know what thoughts or feelings are real from your co-workers.

BTW, SARAH WARD DOES NOT MAKE 100K+ a year for being an owner.....if she did, I'm sure she could afford pants that hide her muffin top and get her roots done.

Do not fall for this company. They are professionals at making young lonely people trying to build thier lives, feel inadequate and needy.....just so they will become brainwashed zombies for this giant SCAM!
