This Insurance company charges you a 'so called' prorated fee in advance which is equal to a full month payment amount and they charge in advance basically 2 months worth of payments and when we terminated the insurance and asked for a refund based on the remainder days plus the initial full 1 month down payment they said they don't refund anything because that what it is . Excuse me? Who is giving me free money so I can go and ask for some. Really? How is it possible to consider to keep the money that don't belong to you. We are so dissapointed in their process and the fact that they missed informed us as well as the fact that they decide NOT TO refund the remainder days paid in advance. Beware and do not use them.OUTRAGEOUS!!!
