These are the 3 companies that this guy goes by:
AMC Financial, Kley Peralta Real Estate, Condor,
All of them are the same. He takes a percentage of your money, usually 1/3 of the mortgage payment to "negotiate with the banks. This usually ends up costing over 25k. He then tells you to find a buyer (Family member etc...) to buy it using his mortgage company. This is a huge fraud. He capitalizes on your misfortune. Yes I was also told about his diamond mines and investment opportunites. His son, Kley Jr. is his side kick.
He will take your money and lose it to the bank. This is supposed to be illegal, but he is getting away with it. He is a bigshot with little to deliver.
