We arrived at the building; we were assigned to condo 302. Once we walked in we noticed dirt, stains, and scuff marks on the walls, the bed linen was stained and worn, someone had left hanging beach towels in the room along with a computer charger. We were uncomfortable staying in the room based upon the condition. We were reassigned to condo 303, it was in "better" condition, but not ideal and the linen on both the beds were worn and stained. Despite the discomfort, me and my partner were going to settle for the condo 303 and went to purchase bed linen, once we returned we were attempting to get in touch with the PM "Gabby" who had been communicating with us via text.

We attempted to contact her numerous times, finally once my partner called from his line she answered. At that point we were no longer interested in staying in the condo, the condo was NOT up to our expectations of comfortable and clean, the property manager was difficult to get in touch with, and the doors can only be locked by code not a key. The building and immediate surrounding area did not "seem" to be the most secure or comfortable area. Once we finally got in touch with Gabby and told her we were not comfortable staying there and would appreciate a refund she IMMEDIATELY began yelling, became rude, and said "the website did not say the rooms were perfect", "if you are not satisfied go somewhere else and pay $200 a night, but you are not getting a refund", and many other rude remarks.

I have never in my entire life dealt with someone so distasteful and disrespectful. I literally had to hang up on this PM because the conversation was becoming very serious. My partner called the same number back and a gentleman stating that he was the PO by the name of "Cory" if I am not mistaken answered the phone. He was very polite, apologized for the conversation, and asked was there anything he can do to get us to stay; I told him after that conversation there was no way I would be willing to stay there and asked again for a refund.

He told me he would give me a call back and never did. This occurred July 10.2014 at approx 7:00pm. Also, I found out that they tried to charge my credit card for the other 50% without consulting with me first, I truly thank God that it was declined because this company would have stolen $612 from me. We booked another hotel closer to all of the major attractions, in a safer neighborhood, and a much better hotel for less. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VIEWING THIS PLACE IN ADVANCE TO SEE IF IT MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS!!
