On May 24th 2018 I paid Rick Johnson a deposit of $3500.00 to install an alumawood patio cover at my residence. On May 31st, I paid the remainer (an additional $3680) to have the delivery and install date. They have since rescheduled 6 times and struggled to come up with excuses why.

After 2 months of waiting I did my own research and called the supplier. I found out that the material is COD and Rick has not paid for anything. Upon texting him this information, he admitted he is in finacial distress and is broke. He basically stole my $ as I am still left without a cover or refund on August 1, 2019.
