Itasca county human service/Itasca County Sheriff Department Not done their jobs. Lied. Deflimation of character. Caused our 14 yr. old son major anxiety by not being compliant to doing their jobs. My 27 yr. old has mental illness and has been sitting in a crim Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Since I won a law suit against Human Services in Itasca County that was never investigated...
I believe that this county has done nothing but been out to get me, my children and my boyfriend, Mike who is also is the father of my youngest and has raised my 27 yr old since he was 6. I have been working with Itasca county since 2008 trying to get help for my oldest boy who suffers from Bi-polar disorder and is schizophrenia effective needless to say he has been over medicated and the FDA (I have the mans name) told me with the medication they had him on would cause him
some kind of syndrome (too big of word to spell). In my process of trying to get him help I've called the local Police, Mayor of Coleraine when I lived there, the crisis team from Itasca County, my son's arms worker, case manager, Sheriff's Department, several people in Human Service department as high up as I can go straight to Lester K. who is the man that denied my appeal for the case I won when I went through a Judge in Minneapolis/St.Paul and finally won. After my 27 yr. old hit my 14 yr. old the Sheriff's were called and they still didn't help my son. They dropped him off in Grand Rapids somewhere and never told me where he was. We also told the cops he was telling kids he was trying to figure out a way to kill his step father. (this all happened in the beginning of July, I have all the documentation) Next I went with my 27 yr old son and his case manager to see a new psychiatrist. My son tells her he has thoughts of killing his whole family.(his case manager was sitting right there with us) In the next breath he ask for some medication for his anxiety and she writes him a prescription and sends him out the door. Well eventually he does get sick enough that the cops pick him up in town and get him to a hospital. Which the psychiatrist and staff at Bemidji Behavior Health Hospital request a commitment and Sara, with Human Service, Tom, with the crisis team and John, with the Sheriff's department refuse the commitment him so he gets sent to a criminal facility in Big Fork. He is still getting no help but paying $600 a month to be there the place leaks with water when it rains. There is an Indian guy there who pays $1010 of his money to live there. They have 25 residents who pay a lot of money a month to live there and the place is a dump! I would like to continue to tell you more but it's a whole new episode with my boyfriend and I will tune you into that one in a couple days. Our Itasca County does whatever they want, they don't go by any rules or laws. They have been getting away with this for years and it's time someone puts a stop to the harassment and the crooked things they are doing to innocent people. I just had to get counseling for my youngest now and he will probably be going on medication due to the stress they are causing our family. I am also seeking some counseling. Thank you for your time.
