Jacqueline Faye did a makeup trial for me for my wedding and I gave her a small (refundable) deposit to hold my wedding date of June 2017. The deposit is refundable as long as the bride cancels in a timely manner (ie.- cannot cancel 2 weeks before the weeding). These were Jacqueline Faye's terms.
I cancelled my services with her in November 2016 (8 months before my wedding) and upon requesting my refund that I am entitlted to, she became rude, nasty, belittling and threatened to sue me. She is also refusing to give back my deposit.
Jacqueline Faye claimed false harrassment and a lawsuit all because I wanted my small deposit back. She is withholding my deposit because she is unprofessional and spiteful to her brides. She is sure to ruin your wedding day.
She also stated that she didn't want me as a client anyway and was SO HAPPY when I canceLled! Thank GOD I cancelled my services with her because she is not the kind of makeup artist you would want on your special day. Jacqueline Faye does not care about her brides and will rip you off and disapapoint you!
Beware of the irrational and scamming wedding makeup artist!
