Jag plumbing Gary Ruffier Gary Ruffier Comes to my home quotes a price tells me he's going to do quality work put in new drain and plumbing and dryer vent sends two guys a week later doesn't even put in a new drain puts in cheap chintzy garbage material patches it together charges me three times what it cost to do it charges me $1,500 then I called an A+ rated plumber got an estimate for the same work with better quality and they actually would do all the work for $565 rifts me off for almost a thousand dollars does not respond to text or phone calls will not negotiate giving back the money that he cheated me out of going to have to take him to small claims court beware of this company and Gary rough here he is a total ripoff and will not even return a call once he knows he stole from you Toledo Ohio

Mr Gary Ruffier of j a g plumbing at 2911 116th Street Toledo Ohio 43611 comes to my house on January 9th while I'm in the middle of doing other work looks over the job and tells me he's going to put me in a new drain some good quality plumbing event tube for my dryer and hook up a cold and hot faucet for my washer tells me he's doing all this great work for me at $1,500 he was referred by my electrician who doesn't know him well but thought he might help us out and get the work done I know how to do it myself but didn't have time with all the rest of the work I was doing in the house myself also doesn't leave any paperwork tells me he will come on January 16th and get the job done for me on January 16th he sends Joe and Rob to my home they start doing some work they left for 45 minutes to go get another little piece of PVC plastic they put in some cheap pex line and plastic joints and a few other items I started questioning him about the material later when they charge me $1,500 did 3 hours of work piece together everything and I have photos and proof because I am taking this to small claims court I call him on the phone ask him his hourly rate he says there is not one three days later I call an A+ rated with BBB credible company to come out and look at the job they looked at everything he did and did not do told me all they did was put a little piece of pipe on my old drain did not put in a new drain used inferior low-grade products they told me that they would give me good quality products and do the job completely everything that was done and do it right for $565 I confronted Gary he will not return phone calls my attorney told me to offer a demand letter for $900 at least back he does not respond to text or phone calls this person is a horrible rotten low life rip-off thief I would beware of Jag plumbing in Toledo Ohio he has yet to respond or pay back the money that he stole from me and didn't even do the job that he said he would do I am heading for small claims court and see if I can get Justice but I will be where or warrant anyone to beware of Jack plumbing and Gary ruffier he's a liar and a thief I'm going to let everyone I know know about him I'm going to talk to my attorney and see if I can even put out some flyers in all the mobile home parks and neighborhoods in Toledo to let them know beware of this man he will rip you off and will not respond or try to make it right whatsoever he is not part of the BBB either he's had other complaints too so everyone beware of Jag plumbing and Mr Gary Ruffier in Toledo Ohio I even offered to let him keep $600 even for his incomplete work if he would just give me back 900 of my money he will not respond I've sent certified mail to him I have give him demands and requests I have called his phone number I have left him messages he does not return a call and has no intentions to hopefully the justice system in our court here in Lucas county will get this resolved and make him pay back what he ripped me off for beware beware beware of Gary ruffier and Jack plumbing Toledo Ohio
