JAMA Marketing Group Jim Shetterly owes $500 on business contract and won't respond to e-mails. Internet, Colorado

I am not one to get into public mudslinging but I must refute the false statements made by David Fernandez attorney at law in Texas.

First of all the $500 paid was the retainer we ask for all of our contracts not just something made in good faith. It was a requirement to start the project. Furthermore, the project was started on false pretenses as it was said this was a unique debt solution being offered and would sell itself. Additionally in a phone call during training, I was told by David the he had new leads available for us to work but we were sent leads that had already been worked and he said that the rep working them was in a car accident and could not work any longer? But they were all 90 days old and pretty much already worked. So now we have been misled.

In regards to being rarely heard from, I have a complete record of all emails of my continued conersations with Mr. Fernandez that I will gladly share if anyone would like to see this proof of my contact with Mr. Fernandez. Furthermore, it will also prove that I never once said the "check is in the mail" but  did explain to him in detail how we were waitng on a receivables issues to be fixed within our organization as well. 

We also, ran several different makrketing campaigns for Mr. Fernandez from the first day and I can show anyone all the date and times they were ran and the poor response that was received because the service he offers for debt solution just isn't that good and does NOT sell itself!

In regards to payment arrangements, I can now show anyone as well how I have offered to pay the balance of the retainer back even though the service and support was not at all what was described in the beginning.

Most importantly, David Fernandez attorney at law in Texas, has received a payment toward the account over 3 weeks ago now and has yet to update this false accusation laced report. I would be glad to show that to anyone that would like to see this as well.

In closing, I would like to say that these sites that offer a forum such as this, should ask the parties that are making these accusations in public domain, to support it with accurate and  truthful evidence before it is done.
