Jana Fedorova 618 107th Ave Naples Airbnb Stole $500 from our vacation budget North Naples FL

This report is to inform anyone who is planning to book a stay at Jana's Airbnb locations. 

So we booked for the 4th of July weekend early and left a deposit. Our credit card was stole from my wife's car near the date of the reservation and so we had to cancel the card to reinstate a new one. 

Airbnb went on to charge said card to complete the payment and was declined since it was no longer active after was stolen. During this time we were not aware. We never recieved any word from Jana during this time... She wound up booking the dates toanother party, as we were getting ready for the trip we checked in and found out what happened. We pleaded that we still wanted the booking but she said was not possible. We spoke to Airbnb and they mentioned that they could file a case and the booker aka Jana could release the funds the next week, we said ok and went on to book another location to not lose the opportunity. We felt assured that the $500 deposit would be sent back to us. Jana made it seem like she was willing to help.

Next week Airbnb tells us the claim was denied by the host Jana.... We contacted her and she has not replied. So lets get this staright

- Jana never tried to reach back out to us to see if we still wanted the booking

- She never lost revenue as the dates we wanted she booked anyway

- She kept our $500 that we needed to make mortgage payment, groceries, etc

- Airbnb filed for refund but she denied it in greedy fashion to keep our hard earned money

We have a hard time sleeping at night knowing there are individuals as greedy as her who have no compassion what so ever. When money rules your decsion making you have lost your spirit to evil. 

Fair warning she will play nice but all she cares about is taking your $$ no matter what

We are working on disputing the transaction with the CC company currently

Take your business elsewhere there are many other nice locations in the same area
