jani king, Ed Dillinger, wont pay me hutchinson Kansas

i worked for this company for 2 weeks an waited for a pay check, wen it came time to get paid it was suppose to be direct dept an never was. he said it was because i quit tht it didnt get put in my bank.well i never quit he (ED) jus quit calling me. wen my check was dept i called ed abn told him an he said he wld take care of it he called me bak an said it was mailed an i shld have it by thur, thur came an went, no check. he said he had to go to the corporate office an he wld pick it up an bring it to me tht day being thur. then he texted me an said he was stopped by the cops his truck got inpounded an his wife was on her way to get him, now its 10pm at night an he said he wld be at my house within the hr, never showed. got a text the next day day said he dropped it in the mail i shld have it on mon, well monday is here no check..........i wld advise any one never to work for these people,
