Jared Shafer starved my mother to death
I met Jared Shafer when I was a prison guard at Corcoran, a California state prison for convicted felons  in 1971. Jared was serving time for real estate fraud. Mr. Shafer was a part of a land scheme, which sold property near California City, which he and his partners didnt own.   None of the gang in Corcoran liked Jared because Shafer thought he knew it all.  In fact he was beat up several times and put into the hole for abusing elderly prisoners. Shafer had a strong hatred for older people and no one could understand why this person hated seniors with such intensity.   Jared lied about an older  prison guard and got him fired.  We didnt know what he had done until he was mysteriously released by some politician in Nevada who pulled some strings. I forgot about this creep until he became moms Nevada guardian.  When I learned it was the same Jared Shafer I guarded in Corcoran State prison, I tried to fight the court.

The Las Vegas Family court proceedings went nowhere.   Commissioner Jon   Norheim said Mr. Shafers prison sentence was not relevant in my case because the records involving Shafers crimes were sealed. Therefore his appointment by the Norheim court would stand.  Judge Chuck Hoskin backed up Commissioner Norheims ruling.  Judge Hoskin said Jared Shafer was the former public guardian for Clark County and his current actions override his past history, which by law is sealed.
 
When mom was slowly dying Jared Shafer refused to take my calls. I tried to get better medical care for her but Jared Shafer blocked me at every turn. Mom had insurance and money to pay for the needed medical care, but Jared Shafer wouldnt allow it to be spent on making her comfortable.  Patience Bristol told me I had no rights and to let mom die peacefully.  Mom was in good health before Jared Shafer took her out of her home against her will and the wishes of our family who wanted to pay for in house care. Mom died three months later and the autopsy listed her cause of death as dehydration.  Mom loved to eat and she drank lots of water, which has caused me to question this so-called report.

 Moms savings account was transferred to the bank of Nevada. It appears Mr. Shafer has a special relationship with this corrupt institution.  Im told nothing is left even though she had close to $350,000 before she died. 
Ive been reading the reports about Mr. Shafer online and decided to come forward and tell my story.   Please understand, this man is a convicted felon.  He served time in prison for committing major crimes involving other peoples money.

In addition I have proof Jared Shafer through fraud evaded the draft in the 1960s so he wouldnt have to serve his country.  Mr. Shafer made it appear to the army medical doctors that he had a blood disease.  In Corcoran Jared Shafer said he overate certain foods, which would produce this effect.   in spite of his crimes, Shafer is allowed to practice as a guardian.  The reports online strongly indicate hundreds of families have been destroyed because of this horrible mans greed. 

 Mr. Shafer 2011 is the last year you will harm helpless senior citizens.  I have talked with the FBI, US. Attorney, and several organizations who are uniting to put you out of your criminal enterprise. Everything you have accumulated during your miserable life was acquired by fraud, lies, bribery, manipulation, extortion, and intimidation.  Shafer you are a coward.  You are afraid to answer these numerous reports because you know everything that has been written about you is 100% true.  You know what you have done and who you have hurt.  When 2012 ends you and Patience Bristol will be in prison.  Im too old to be your prison guard, but I have good friends who will take excellent care of you and lying two-faced tattooed stilettoed Patience Bristol.
