I purchased a home from Jay Folse which was advertised as a solid home with need of updates for move in on an auction site. I had no reason to disbelieve Jay, solid means to me solid. I had contractors in place to put on a new roof and windows and siding and even located a property manager willing to help update the interior of the home only to find out the house Jay Folse sold me had major foundation issues.
Definately not a solid structure as promised. I would like to note this publically for anyone who buys property from him that he said after purchase that most his properties have foundation issues. These details were not disclosed by the seller in advance. That should have been disclosed to me. I'm unsatisfied with this auctioneer. Buyer beware!

What is WRONG with you people??? Have some of you gone completely brain dead? Everybody knows BEFORE you buy ANY property, YOU have it checked out with a HOME INSPECTOR whomYOU hire! Instead, you buy this dump, sight unseen and you blame the seller! YOU brought this upon yourself by YOU not using COMMON SENSE and due diligence! That’s NOT rocket science! Absolutely incredible!
