JCB Jewelry T Johnny Crow-Belle Internet Popup Riffoff Jewelry Scam Burbank California

Tried logging into my credit card bank account. A pop up would not allow me to log in. I thought it was an offer from my bank because at times they advertise auto, home and life insurance to their members. This pop up was advertising different jewelry for $5.99 so I chose the necklace with a cross and made the purchase using my bank debit card on January 12, 2015. This company debited my account again for $95.00 on January 26th so I called the company and told them I did not want the necklace and they claimed it was nonrefundable. But I made such fuss that they gave me a refund number to include in the mail when I return they jewelry.

Tried making a complaint with the BBB but this company will not come up in their system and the address is to a residence under Orell L Fritz's name with a AT&T lineline phone number 864-246-1133.  I had to call my internet security provider to get this pop up off of my computer in order to log into my bank account. I also called my bank and let them know what happened.
