I purchased several items that never arrived. One was from January 15, 2020. I emailed customer service through their website but did not get a response, which was unusual. In the past, they answered right away.
I was checking on a more recent purchase dated August 23, 2020. I got this message when I went to their website: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. I have been checking back every other day, but I still get the same message. I do not find anything online to say that they are no longer in business, but that is how it appears.
I checked the Better Business Bureau and found a similar complaint on orders from September. I placed my last order in August and did not receive one of three items, nor did I get a refund.
