I bought toys from JD Closeouts. It was suppose to be good quality new toys. After 3 weeks I finally recieved my shipment and it was all dollar store junk. The toys were low quality and not even close to the retail amount I was promised.
I made several attempts to contact the company 1st I was given the run around and then just ignored. The last attempt I called was put on hold for a long time. When the call was answered and I said who I was, I was hung up on.
I have hired a lawyer. Since there is no dispute the toys are dollar store toys since the toys were made exclusively for a certain dollar store and the toys have labels that advertise the dollar store and by their own web site they advertise the toys for .75 each. The pitiful toys they sent me should have been $200.00 and they charged me nearly $2,000. This according to their own website.
If anyone else who has been screwed by this company is in the same boat contact a lawyer ASAP. And if you haven't ordered from them do not buy from this company!
As for the moral aspect. I can only say I thank God everyday that money does not mean so much to me I have to steal it from honest people trying to make a living and FYI for me its not about the money its all about justice and for that reason I will not stop until justice is done.

The client ordered some toys, mixed from different stores such as Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens. These are not branded toys. They are great quality toys, nice things. They are NOT dollar store toys, since the client received remote control cars, big dolls, educational toys and much more. The client expected branded toys that are high end, but was told specifically that was not what they were receiving and received nice toys.
