On 6/5/14 a salesman was going door to door in my neighborhood selling cleaning product. I was impressed with the way the product cleaned various household items so I explained to him I did not have cash on me and that the only thing I could do was write a check. I asked him if I could write a Post Dated check for 6/13/14 because my pay day wasn't until 6/12/14 he said "no problem we don't cash the checks until a week from when they are written anyway so I said great I'll take the 4 bottles you have. I wrote the check for $133.00 and dated it for 6/13/14, well come to find out the check cleared my account on Monday 6/9/14 which overdrew my acconut and on top of it I also have a $38.00 NSF fee to pay. I called the number on my invoice to talk with someone. The number on the invoice is a private number to someones cell the person would not give his name but I explained my situation to him and his response was that I should have not post dated the check, he asked do you post date checks at Walmart? I told him that I was told it wouldn't be cashed until the 13th and he said that there are no Verbal Agreements and that was "HE SAID SHE SAID". I told him I would never reorder from his company again or reccommend his product to anyone and he said 'Whatever" and hung up on me. That's Shady Business!!!

I am of the opinion that the reason for the aforementioned report was to report a customer upset over a verbal agreement. I know in California a post- dated check carries no weight and can be cashed at any time. I contacted the number on the back of my J.Diversified Products receipt and got a customer care representative. There is also wording on the receipt that states you have the right to cancel. Also the Advanage 20x also carries a money back guarantee with the home company. It doesn't sound like the product was the problem....it was the fact you bought something on verbal credit.
So far, I'm pretty happy with the product. Seems to work better than simple green or Clorox. It actually does most of what it says, there are a few far fetched claims....but don't most products say they are better then what they are?

I am very interested in using this product but have gotten many positive & negative reports so I decided to read all your comments before making my decision.
However I am confused on one very important matter. Is there a difference between ADVANGE & ADVANTAGE (with a T). Is the bogus cleaner the prior or is there no cleaner named the latter? Has anyone actually rcvd the correct cleaner that works? If so, how did you obtain it?
Thanks for any feedback you can give me, including where I should post questions/comments like this...
