Jessica rich collection Ripoff. I paid for shoes and till this day I have not received it due to " production delays" . That makes it almost 2 months since order date and over a month since the preorder ended. Buyer beware. California California

 I should have taken a hint from the first customer that left a review on this company. But I thought it was probably a one-off. Nope! This company needs to learn a thing or two on how to run a business. I ordered a shoe on pre-order and it's currently over 4 weeks after the pre order date. Do I have my shoes yet? Nope. What makes it worse is that Jessica Rich or her assistant failed to give me any updates or information until I reached out. With each email response it was either " your order ships south next week" or " we have productions delays" or "we don't give refunds". Customer service and professionalism is lacking with this business. I'm writing this complaint to explain what happened to me so buyer, beware. For the amount of money I paid, the service was horrible and I am no longer interested in ever receiving the product. I just want my money back.
