Thank you for your purchase. However, we believe that some facts are not accurate. First of all, the black diamond ring is a genuine diamond and not a black stone set in sterling silver (stamped .925 on shank). All Genuine Black Diamonds will see visible small cracks under microscopic view. If its a imitation black stone, those cracks will not be visible because imitations are flawless.

Secondly, the silver is rhodium plated. If it is a cheap metal, it won't have the luster of silver color as shown in the picture. 

Thirdly, the watch of Henri Purec is Swiss made. The Box is from China sold by A&A in Los Angelos (as you can see their toll free number in the sticker). A&A is a supplier of jewelry supplies. This brand is sold throughout most stores on the internet.

Fourth, the crystal on the black agate is not uneven color. If the ring was cleaned a little, all stones will be perfectly matched. Crystals sometimes will smear under different temperatures and environment, just like a gemstone ring. 

Fifth, on the ruby ring, it is exactly as described. As you can see, the shank is a bit thin. Solid gold is the only metal (besides silver) that can be sturdy enough to hold such a complex setting on a thin shank. It is not an unknown metal. The 10kt stamp is clearly mark inside the shank.

Regarding your refund, we have refunded you in full 100% including shipping costs on Feb 20th,  3 weeks before the post.

Also, shipping to Canada is not $20. We shipped express mail from Hawaii to Canada and arrived in 3 days. We shipped Jan 1st and the package arrived on Jan 4th.
