Jim Hammonds The Monkey Whisperer Narcissistic business owner calls customer a "snowflake" and "d****ebag" St. Petersburg Florida

 On January 23rd 2017 I stumbled upon Jim's website while trying to find an exotic animal (spiny mouse). I saw he bred and sold marmosets and was interested in learning about the animal. I then emailed Jim telling him I was interested in learning about marmosets and would like to possibly get one in the near future, I told him where I was located and asked if I needed permits, he told me that marmosets were not allowed in my state to which I replied that I was not in the city and thought maybe they would be allowed in my location, I then got a very nasty reply from Jim saying " have been doing this 20 years ok NEW YORK is a banned state ok get it!!!" I was quite taken back by this reply and thought it was a pretty rude way to reply to an inquiring customer. My reply to this rude email was " I came to you with questions about an animal and you reply this way? You will be getting a very bad review from me along with screen shots of this conversation. Very poor customer service and very rude! How can you run a business with that kind of response? Shameful! " To which he replied even worse then before by calling me a "snowflake". This was his reply "Couldn't be happier snowflake don't have to do business with d****e bags like yourself lol don't you have some one else's time to waste ?? I'm bored with your whining
