Thia person practices discrimination, harrasenet and racism.

He as a history with HUD re bad tenant landlord relations.

Continued harrasment of tentants, unfair rental practices

and favoritism, and he will attempt to get as much money out of his tenants as possible.

In addtion he threatens tenants with eviction for unjust causes.

He manipulates tenants to move out of his rentals thru sheer harrasment amd verbal abuse!
