 I had a horrible accident at Jin Wu Koon back when it was located in Chinatown. I spent a week in hospital and am lucky to be alive. Mr Fai was responsible for the accident. I was unable to make a compensation claim due to the gym not being insured, Mr Fai also threatened me when in hospital that if I pursued legal action, there will be physical consequences. To add insult to injury, Mr Fai refused to reimburse me for the fees I already paid to the gym l, even though I was psychologically traumatised due to his negligence. The Jin Wu Koon martial arts gym is not insured, if you are injured due to the negligence of the owner, he will bully you and refuse to concede responsibility for his actions.
