My name is william, owner of C-machines and spare parts in Nigeria. I paid for two sample machines on 8th September 2019 through Alibaba.com wrbsite. I paid the sum of 1,850 usd to this company for WOOD PLANNING Machines muiltifunction and VERTICAL BAND Saw Machine.

For planning machine, I paid for 400mm planning with with 3.5kw motor capacity. Also I paid for band saw MJ345 with 3.5kw motor capacity. the two machines was shipped from China to Nigeria. Behold, to my greatest surprise when I open the two machines, It was a very bad small and useless machine that was sealed in a box.

I was shocked to see the surprise of the century. I tried contacting the company sales person her name is Jenny Ma. She ignored all my messages and all effort I made trying to contact the company was left un answered. This is a clear scam. My advice is never never buy anything from this company. No matter how cheap or expensive it appears.

No matter the video and pbotos sent to you. They are a scam company. I made a mistake by not checking their company review. All people who bought machine from this company has a very bad experience. I contacted Alibaba on the issue but they said the time has passed to initiate a dispute. Imagine how i lost 1,850 usd plus custom clearance and transportation on a useless and unusable machines sent to me by this company.

The manager or owner of the company is Alan Liu. I sent series of messages to the company manager but he responded not. I'm surprise how alibaba can enlist this type of scam company in their website. The company is made up of train criminals. All staffs of the company are criminals. It was at last i noticed that some of the pictures and videos they sent to me was from a different comp

any. They exist to defruad people. No matter how much cheap or expensive they sales their product, never never give you dine to this scam company.  SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR THE COMPANY DETAILS AND SALES PERSONS.
