Computer needed cleaned and re install windows 7.  I was to get the disk for my own use in case I had to re install windows 7.  I was not prompt in getting my disk until windows would not update and I got a microsoft scam thing.  I requested my disk which I paid for and when I went to download the disk it read corrupt disk.  I have tried email and calling and I am politely ignored.  I have had enough!

We did ur repair, it ran great. The disk is fine. U called and said u was having trouble loading it. I explained we don't cover viruses. We do cover warranty on repairs. It's not just cash only we do debit credit. You are mad because u got a viruses. We was nothing but kind and professional. You want to battle and I don't have time to keep responding on this. Feel free to call my shop or come in. We offered to help. But you rather bash and try to make me look bad and you are the one that got the virus. We sent home a computer That ran great .. Fresh install, and you got the virus. I told u we cover warrant for hardware not viruses. You control what Sites you go to. This is the last time I respond to you on this site. Have he nerve to call me at my shop and complain about how you messed it up. I was nothing but fair to you. Again I'm there all week. Call the phone and I will gladly explain how you messed it up. Not us. Thanks and have a wonder full day..

I had a virus in two days? Umm, no.  I was trying to figure out the difference between windows 7 home and the upgrade to windows 7 pro.  It was not turned on until the next evening.  You said to watch the sites we go to, yes we do and have eliminated the gaming.  I have not played games in months prior.  There were things that needed done like account setup-one for me and one for my husband/security info entered.  I put alot of bucks into getting this machine cleaned and to be told, I needed to give a hundred plus more in two days was not my doing of visiting bad sites.  To get to the bottom of the whole situation, I called armstrong (my internet provider) and they set me straight about wifi.  The complaint was of a corrupt windows 7 pro disk.  It did not come in contact with any magnetic forces; stayed in the cardboard until ready to use.  Our dvd player is running fine.  The dvd reads on the front "distribution with a new pc".  I had to wait several days for the dvd order to your store.  If I was doing this, I would of "distributed envelope and all paperwork" to client.  I do not know if this dvd is the one that was ordered for the upgrade.  As far as I am concerned, I dont think there is a way to trace my paid for dvd upgrade.  Are they one time use upgrades?  That dont sound right.  There are no markings on the dvd that would have my license number.  The dvd is corrupt and not by my doings.  Pros of this business:  Avira antivirus. I was told that previous antivirus was not keeping up with the viruses.  Avira is an all in one package deal but it is worth the money if a code is implemented, otherwise it is a bit pricey.  If questions are asked, answers are explained not just yeah or we will look into it.  He offers avira free.  Cash only and no warranty on repairs, (I did not notice any signage about warranty on repairs).  So, I chalk this up to the way he does business.

First off we treated you very kind and very polite. Second your computer ran great you went home and got a virus on it the second day you had it. We also offered to fix it for you but you didn't want to pay for nothing. We also told you how to go about to reinstall the operating system so you wouldn't have to pay so before you go calling people out how about looking to mirror and realize you made the incident occurred because you were negligent on the sites you're going to. I told you we would help you but we can't control the site you go to the computer ran great you have your software it's an OEM legit software it's not my problem you don't know how to reinstall it. But you live three minutes from me the only reason you never came back to the stores because you don't want to pay for something that you caused. If I buy brand-new tire and right over nails and glass should I take it back the next day and tell them I want to refund. We have a good reputation and we were willing to help you but you made it very clear that it was too expensive and you were not going to pay for the repair so how do you expect me to do this and stay in business should I fix everybody for free. All you have to do is bring the computer up and I told you we would be willing to help you thank you
