***BUYER BEWARE*** JM Family Enterprises, Home Franchise Concepts, and Bath Tune-Up have completely ignored our complaints in which STEVE PEARSON, owner of Bath Tune-Up Niceville, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola defrauded us out of $48k. This franchisee took our money and provided absolutely no materials or labor whatsoever. Phone calls and emails to the corporate headquarters have gone absolutely nowhere, even after informing them that we have filed complaints with the Florida State attorney general, our local district attorney, the local sheriff's dept., etc. Steve Pearson is currently being investigated by our local Sheriff's department for fraud and we've been in contact with them regularly. Please use caution when doing any business with this company. They are not to be trusted and absolutely do not take responsibility for their franchises. ***BUYER BEWARE
