Jo-Ann Cambareri is a court appointed guardian, an AFC, or Attorney for the Children. She is unethical, corrupt and a liar in the first degree. She is a menace to children. If you are appointed her, REFUSE. Do not hire her. Have a consultation with her in order to eliminate her from the list of attorneys available, very important.

It becomes a conflict and then your ex can not hire her. She will even bring contempt orders against a parent to put them in jail on behalf of their own young children without the children understanding what is happening or what the implications are. She lies and contorts the facts in order to create a circus to inflate her fees. She encourages children to record their parents and then uses the recordings against them. Many of her clients are paid for by the State so she abuses public funds.

She interferes with your parental rights. RIP Steve Luftschein may his memory be a blessing - she took his children from him, turned up at his closing and confiscated the funds from the sale of his house. He killed himself. A father who she took eveything from. She is unscrupulous and demonic. She will drag a case on and on for years for her own pleasure and fee grubbing. She is a childless woman who is bitter and nasty. IF you have been damaged by her or her firm add a report to this. There is a class action in the works.
