I am very tired of all of these vague and totally unsubstantiated claims being made about me. And I have had enough!

Interestingly, the "small handful" that Joe reports as having been hurt by his actions exceeds 40 that I'm aware of.  There is a very large number of LifePath Unlimited folks who lost significant amounts of money when Joe refused to refund our event ticket purchases, and refused to actually hold the events as promised and promoted.  When Joe "closed" the business, no one was given any notice -- he simply dissappeared.  And when he reappeared, he was promoting a completely different company.  We have contacted him indivually and collectively to recover our loses, and he has refused to settle.  He states that HE is the victim?  I'm unsure how taking over $400,000 from us, spending it, and then not having enough money to hold the events he continued to sell tickets to makes him a victim.

I'd love to see more LPU folks who've been ripped off stand up and be counted here.

I am a direct sales professional and have been for over 20 years. In those 20 years I have been with 6 top tier companies. I have been a top money earner, international trainer, chief operations officer and the co-founder of LifePath Unlimited. LifePath Unlimited had a 6 year run and in those 6 years we assisted thousands of people to 6 figure results and more importantly our semnar work has empowered thousands of people to overcome obstacles and lead more fulfilling lives.

My charitable work has covered a broad spectrum as well. LPU made a cash donation to Global Giving every time a product was sold. We have rehabbed playgrounds and planted a rainforest in Costa Rica, we supported a school for the deaf in Puerto Rico, supported the Misericordia school in Cancun, donated bicycles and toys to a home for battered woman and children in St. Thomas. We also partnered with Cynthia Kersey and built a schoohouse, medical facility and water filtration plant in Emori Joi. And this is only a small sampling of the projects we gave our time, support and money to over the years.

The direct sales marketplace and climate has changed dramatically over the past 5 years. As a result LPU suffered immensely was forced out of business. And it is true that there are a small handful of people who are holding a ticket for an event that has yet to take place. I am eternally sorry for this. And I am going to make good. I am hosting a 3 day event in April of 2014 in Arizona. Anyone who is holding an unused ticket for a LPU event is invited to attend. As far as what happened to me personally, well I have been devasted by this collapse of my business. I have lost my wife and children, I have lost my home and all of my belongings I have been audited by the IRS and have made good with that organization, and on September 17th I had a heart attack.

All of that aside, I always make good on my promises. So to Jamie, whoever you are, and to anyone in the world who feels as though I have caused them harm. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I look forward to seeing you at the upcoming event.

Joe started not paying orignal members like Alan Nettles a seasoned internet marketer who developed the Lifepath Unlimited Comp Plan.

Mr P Combs (Who I wont use his full name as respect for his authentic self) Partner, Founder. Owed vast amounts and left the company after 4 years in digust.

There is actually a whole lot more, not to mention all the people that handed over $24,000 for event tickets that never took place.

Joe first stole from his first wife and took off with another women Joy whom he later married and they "lived it up" in their Arizona home spending all the Lifepath members money with the full intention of not running events.

I could write a book on what went on at LPU but all readers need to know is to avoid Joe Neid at all costs. He is one of the slimiest snakes in all of Arizona and the USA.

He can smile and promise you the world with full intention of taking money and not supplying goods to you.

The Lifepath members that did go to the 6 breakthrough and 2 destiny events had the time of their lives and learnt a lot, but hundreds of members around the globe have been tarnished by a "big man" with a huge ego and deep pockets.

Hopefully the tax dept do indeed catch up with him soon and he spends some good jail time to pay for his crimes against humanity and well meaning people.
