I am very unhappy with the service that John S Parker Home Services (JSP) provides. Not only did the leave me without heat and hot water for 8 days but they did not return calls after the repair they performed on my bolier. The board JSP installed failed within 12 hours.

However, JSP wanted to charge me another $1,100 for a new board while at the same time statng they do not think that was the issue to begin with. This meant my old board was fine and they charged me for a part I did not need. Getting a Call Back from JSP was impossible and even though we called a total of 8 times over 3 days and we were promised that a dispatcher would call each time, they never called back.

Lowe and T-Webber who I have done business with over the years ALWAYS warranty thier work and I have never had an issue with any otehr local company when it came to repairs and warranty service,

Charging me another $1,100 for a new Display Board that failed within 12 hours after JSP installed it which did NOT fix the issue in the 1st place si outrageous.

I am rating your company as 0 Stars and writing about my experience here to warn others not use John S Parker Home Services (JSP)  I do not feel this is an isolated incident as the overall experince from contatcing JSP to the time it took to get an EMERGENCY no heat and no hot water service call to the failure of JSP to retrun calls after the repair failed in 12 hours to the fact that they diganosed the issue imporperly and did not warranty their work at all indicates a lack of knowledge, customer service and support. 

Stay away John S Parker Home Services (JSP) and go with a better and more experienced and more reuptable local service provider.
