I'll start by saying I have never scammed anyone in my life. In fact, I go above and beyond what a customer pays for. I pay for bonus ads, help customers with their websites, autoresponders, domain registration etc. at no cost to my customers.

I do this because I care about the people who order from me.  I'm familiar with the struggles of building an online business and want every one of my customers to succed.

I've never had to defend my name. This is a first.... but I guess I must, so here goes.

I've been in business for over 15 years. Never hid my name, nor face, never even registered a domain "privately."   I have over 1000 testimonials personally thanking me for my service and the help and care I give my customers.

I have run 1000's of advertising campaigns and this is the first complaint of this nature I've ever received.
 
It's a shame that false accusations can wind up here.

As I look back on my notes, I see this customer sent me an email accusing me of ripping them off BEFORE I even sent out their emails.

I'll repeat that... they complained of fraud BEFORE I sent out the ads.
(I'll include the actual email correspondence to prove this below)

Here's what I did for the customer who filed this complaint.

(this is  a bonus ad I ran which removed all images in the event that a recipients mailbox blocks images.)

I ran the ad to my lists.

I re-ran them to my lists.

I wrote a custom email series and sent it to over 1000 prospects over a 3 month period.

I added bonus additional prospects to their series at no cost.

I added bonus text formatted messages to the series to aid deliverable rates.

I ran a bonus ad to the ClickSense network paying for 1000 guaranteed 30 second website views.

I ran a traffic exchange campaign sending 1000 visits to their site.

I ran an additional bonus 1000 exit window visits.

I paid for another bonus of 25 guaranteed opt in prospects via a company that uses national radio and print ads to bring them in. (non incentive.. people are not given incentives to join)

... after paying out for the costs to deliver this campaign, the server costs, lists costs, traffic costs, commission costs, allthe bonus ads etc.  I LOST money.

Maybe it was the customer who scammed me?

The complaint claims that I do not even have any list. That's where this gets totally ridiculous. I DO have a list. I did send to it. My list is huge, requiring dedicated servers to power it. I have server logs, mail logs...you name it I have it.... all PROOF that I did send out the campaign.

Anyway... that's my rebuttal.

As far as I know sending solo ads should not take such a long time as you said 5-10 days,and now I realise why I am not getting any clicks to my website.

Solo ads email blast is the fastest way of getting traffic,besides ppc and ppv,and the fact that you did not tell me, when you advertised,that actually you can not deliver the solo ads as any solo ads mailer would do,I mean in maximum 48 hours,it says to me that I have been scammed already.There is an old saying:"Who is trying to find escuses,it is considered guilty already."
 And you know why?

  I sent about 30 emails with another offer,just 30,and I've got 2 subscribers already from only 30 emails.By the way it didn't cost me anything,it was free,cause I knew this people,and those emails I sent, were not targeted at all,I just took a chance and just tried to see what results I will get.

  Since I have paid you  $ 299,nothing happened,and you claim to have such a huge list of subscribers.....hype,hype and again hype!!!!

  I've got 44 hits from guaranteed redirected visitors,which is junk traffic,these people are not interested in any business opportunity,they are nothing but happy clickers...

 Believe me all I feel right now, is being taking for a ride,I think this is the most stupid joke I've seen until now.

 YOU ACTUALLY SCAM PEOPLE OVER THE INTERNET,THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE PROFESIONAL SCAMMERS,YOU SEND PEOPLE ALL THESE FAKE PROMISES,AND AFTER YOU GET PAID ,NOTHING HAPPENS.

I WILL WRITE SCAM REPORTS TO MAKE SURE NOBODY GET'S SCAMMED AGAIN.
