Josh Shipp Production llc Contract with minor Void internet California

 A young man asked me to look into the codes for he bought a public speaking coarse from Josh Shipp . Josh tells the kids how he makes 10,000 a hour speaking so the kid signed up and is afraid his parents will ground him. I looked into contracts and it appears that  you can not make a sell  for non essential things with  kids under 18. Food, clothing and shelter is all that is allowed or he can get all his money back.

Since he is not old enough to make a  binding contract the contract was never made. It as if it never took place and kids under 18 can get all there money back. Josh and his group need to stop selling to kids. Guess you need to card them in the future Josh. This is my personal opinion , since I am not an attorney you must look up the  rules yourself, I  am just expressing my non professional views. You can't make it stick.
