You may have read my last report, in which my landlord - Elaine Huggins - lied in court telling the judge that I was 5 weeks late on my rent when I was really only two weeks late. She got away with it because she is related to Melanie Huggins - clerk of court for Horry County, SC ... The judge - Bradley D. Mayers - who gave me only two business days to vacate and laughed when I told him that I would be homeless - is a hypocritical piece of garbage who was arrested a year ago on a DUI charge in Myrtle Beach. Needless to say, his charges were mysteriously dropped. Public servants serving themselves - it's nothing new. But what can anyone do about it?

After the Dishonorable Bradley D. Mayers put my out on the street, I spent a week living in a storage unit. It was a nightmare. But even while going through one of the worst times in my life, I managed to find a decent job and file complaints with various agencies - urging them to investigate Horry County for public corruption. Nobody cares about public corruption - until it affects them. Nobody cares about the homeless, until it happens to them.

I called the SC Govenor's office as  well to report this circuit of bizarre and suspicious behavior by public officials in Horry County. They said that they can't do anything about it, because a special committee would have to decide whether to prosecute the judge. You might be asking - what did he do that was illegal? Well he ignored facts in order to favor someone that he knew. That should be illegal, or at the very least - unethical. And laughing when I told him that I would be living in my car? At the very least - unprofessional and conduct unbecoming of a judge.

The governor's office recommended that I hire an attorney. But I just spent the last week living on the street, and obviously can't afford an attorney. Crooked public officials seem to have learned that they can brazenly engage in corruption and unprofessionalism when the victim (me in this case)  is economically disadvantaged.

So if I can't afford to hire an attorney, then these crooked officials get away with this unscathed? Elaine Huggins committed perjury! She needs to be charged with contempt! She is not above the law. An  investigation needs to be done into whether or not Mayers used his official position to make his DUI go away. Another investigation needs to be done into Tommy - a friend of Elaine Huggins. Elaine made it a point to tell me, at least twice, that Tommy's wife killed herself.

I know Tommy to be very, very sneaky. I know he is a thief, because he broke in and burglarized me. I know he is a liar, because he denied this when I asked him. Tommy told me his wife "had died". This conflicts with what Elaine told me. I think that it is entirely possible that Elaine used her connections in Horry County to cover up the murder of Tommy's wife. And no one seems to want to look into it. I have filed numerous complaints. But I will not stop until an investigation is opened (or if it existed, re-opened). Corruption hurts everyone. It undermines the public's trust in the judicial system.

Elaine Huggins, Melanie Huggins, Bradley Mayers, "Tommy" - all members of the so called "Good ol' Boys Club" - Horry County, SC  - - You can't hide from the truth forever. It will catch up to you creeps sooner or later.

POSTED: Thursday, April 05, 2012

Just by random chance, I happened to call Carl Wiese- owner of Carl's Music in Conway, South Carolina. I had met him at an open jam night at a Myrtle Beach bar and he said he owned a music shop, which interested me because I was hoping to eventually buy some new gear. Anyway, the day that Tommy broke in and burglarized me, stealing my piano, I had gone to Carl's. I spent about a hundred, an investment that I hoped I could make back very quickly to get caught up on my back rent.  Remember, Elaine Huggins told me that Friday that she was willing to work with me. I have a witness who was right there during the entire conversation. But anyway, I bought $100 worth of gear and headed home to find out that my piano was stolen. This was on March 13th, 2012 at about 3 pm.

I headed back to Carl's before leaving S.C. I also called 911, twice (both my old cells were turned off, but 911 is free. First phone's battery died)... I told Carl I was now homeless and had to return my gear and that my piano was stolen. At first, he was genuinely empathetic. I could tell.  He refunded the $100 or so, and I left S.C.  .......

Now, yesterday, on April 4th, 2012 by random chance - I called Carl. I just wanted to say hi and tell him that I was doing ok. I THOUGHT he was a trustworthy and decent person. I was wrong. When I told him who I was, I could hear panic and hyper-vigilance in his voice. I mentioned that there was a possibility of a grand jury indictment against some officials in Conway. He seemed to get even more nervous. I then said that I finally got a job and that soon I would replace my music gear. Carl then said "Don't worry, you'll find another P95"....

I NEVER told Carl what model I had.

I think that Tommy brought it over to Carl, the only music shop in Conway, and sold it to him. I now was sure that this is the most likely course of events.  So the next day, April 5th, I call Carl back. This time, I told him about a witness. I said "A witness told me that Tommy sold you my piano". He hung up. I heard that distinctive sound that you hear when someone hangs up on you - you know that sound. I called back. Busy signal.  (When  - real authorities - investigate this - they will probably look into who he called, and I have a good idea as to who it was. ) I call again, this time he answers. I ask more directly "Did you buy my stolen piano"  --- And I get an evasive response. For those of you who don't know that means, it means a question with a question - to avoid answering a question that a guilty party doesn't want to answer. The evasive response I received was "Who is this Rob?".... I said "Good guess"     He then says "You're a psycho. I hear you have angry customers from your old business"...  ---- So now, I know Carl is talking to someone about me. That confirms that Carl is in contact with someone about me. Yes, my business failed, I did the best I could but I struggle with depression and emotional issues but I did the best I could. Who is that lowlife to judge me?

So, in summary, I called Carl, not yet suspecting anything. He was clearly agitated by my call. Suspicious, I call back the next day and am met with evasiveness and confrontation. Sounds like a guilty conscience to me.

I'm going  to buy a billboard as soon as I have the money and put this up in Conway, SC

I am doing much better thank you for asking. On my first full day in Florida I was hired on the spot after being interviewed by an electronics company. I solder circuit boards for them.  I make $8 an hour, about $300 a week, and that's a good start. I found a place with utilities included for $600 a month. My new employer approached me yesterday to tell me that they were interested in putting me into a more advanced position at another location. I would work on more complex (and more expensive) SMT electronics. This new position would be a nice upgrade at about 24,000 a year.

Public corruption hurt me, but it couldn't destroy me. On my last night sleeping of in a storage unit I was kicked out by the property owner (that's nothing new huh?) at about 11 at night. I had work the next morning at 7 am. I had to go to the VA emergency room to be medicated because I was so upset that I couldn't even function. The doctor thought I was off psychotic meds that's how bad I was. I went in there with very bad chest pain like I was having a heart attack but I wasn't it was just stress.

To the corrupt and dishonest people that did this to me:

Elaine Huggins - Assessor Horry County, SC, Melanie Huggins - Horry County Clerk of Court, Bradley D Mayers - Horry County SC Judge, "Tommy" - deranged lazy eyed neighbor who burglarized me and got away with it (and who may have gotten away with murder, literally), Sheriff Perry Richardson Horry County SC - the preaching coward who wouldn't call me back after Elaine Huggins called him to intimidate him...

You didn't really get away with anything. It will catch up to you, one way or another. You tried to destroy me and you failed. But the damage that you did to your reputations, you will have to live with that forever. You low-lives have to live in that town. So, was it worth it?
