I was looking to purchase a dog for my daughter last Christmas. I wanted a smart, well behaved dog. i started doing some on-line research and was sold on a "family protection dog". It sounded perfect, exactly what i was looking for. This particular company (guy) seemed to have an impressive clientele history. My wife and i went to meet him and look at a particular dog that he thought would suit our family, Rex. upon arriving to his house he instructed us to stay in our car and watch him work with Rex. Rex seemed impressive, he obeyed all commands, wasn't to hyper nor aggressive....He then allowed us out of our car and introduced us to Rex. He told us that we needed to come to "visit" Rex 3x a week over the next 2 weeks so that the transition wouldn't be bad on the dog. At this time we handled Rex (with the trainer present) Towards the end of the 2 weeks Rick (the owner/Operator of K9 Enforcement) told us that Rex was going to need a shock collar... I wasn't totally comfortable with the idea of having to shock the dog in order for him to listen but i thought maybe after having him home for a while i would be able to quit using it. We had Rex for a total of 3 moths before we had to GIVE him back. On multiple occasions he became aggressive and attempted to attack my 8 year old daughter. I called Rick about it a few times and was instructed to continue shocking him until he stops barking at our daughter. This wasn't working. No one in our home felt safe and it wasn't fair to "abuse" Rex. When we purchased this dog Rick told us over and over how wonderful Rex was with children, Not the case... We ended up giving Rex back to Rick only to find out that he sold him to another FAMILY with children. He has pictures on his website with Rex and "Sold"

Not only did we get ripped off but he completely put our family in danger....Please be careful with this company!!!!

Family man, I understand exactly what you have been through.  I am trying to reach all of the public and clients of this company so they do not fall in the same trap you did.  Please voice your opinion to all whom are about to use this company or has experienced the abuse to their dogs and their pockets.....

I've known Rick for many years and I agree on all the victims that have submitted there complaints on this link.  With the experiences that I have been with this individual, I must say he is not an honest person.  His credentials are false.  Mr. Lherisson has pages of criminal background as well as animal cruelty.  I advise you all that would like to use his services, please do your researches on the company and trainer that will be training your dog.  Upon reading all these complaints, I too remember how he treated my dog.  I was furious.  I started to do my research in public records (miami-dade clerk of courts) and found out very disturbing information about this individual.  He is capable of making up stories to make himself look like a positive, caring individual...please do not fall into his traps.  This company and his employees are not certified as instructors, meaning they do not know about behavioral psychology of animals and the understanding of training.  They carry alot of abuse, neglect training.

Please do your researches.  And what I state is the honest GOD truth!
