Kabam Kabam Stole my money and does not respond to tickets San Francisco California

I have been playing a game on Kabam called Wartune for 3 months. I used a credit card to make 3 purchases. I have just received my CC bill and there are almost $5k in charges for Wartune on my bill. I have put in about 30 tickets and received no response. I just attemped to put ticket 31 in and as soon as I put my user name and server number in it told me that no such user existed on this server.

I have tried to Call the Kabam office in my country and all I got was an automated run around that just contualy led me back to the start. I also attempted to call the kabam home office in San Francisco and ended up with the same result. 

The Credit Card company has told me to cancel the account with Kabam but there is no option for that any where and when I searched the forums I found others that were attempting to cancel accounts and there was No possible way to do this. The only suggestion for this on the forum was to just leave it and forget about it!!! 

The credit card company is telling me there is nothing they can do and Kabam will not respond. I am handicapped and on a very fixed budget how am I suposed to deal with a company that charged me for things I did not purchase and will not respond.
