Famiy members of loved ones who have been railroaded into fraudulent guardianships by probate judges Michael Genden, Celeste Muir, Maria Korvick, Arthur Rothenberg and Bernard Shapiro have filed requests for investigations into the atrocities our loved ones have been subjected to by these judges who are committing fraud and engaged in self deaing racketeering activities to isolate our loved one and drain their assets.

 Our many complaints have been ignored by Katherine Fernandez Rundle who is mandated to investigate complaints of elder abuse.  She also receives Federal grants from the federal government that are earmarked for elder abuse complaints. She recieves these grants yet ignores the  Federal mandate that requires she investigated elder abuse and exploitation.

Katherine Fernandez Rundle is abetting the abuse, exploitation and discrimination of our elderly citizens by Michael Genden, Celeste Muir, Maria Korvick and Bernard Shapiro, self dealing judges in the probate court who are running a criminal racketeering ring.  They transfer the assets of innocent vulnerable citizens to "guardians" with fake crendential who are runnig a scam out of the Dade County courthouse with complete impunity from Katherine Fernadez Rundle who "protects" their scam and acts as an accomplice.
