KATHRYN F RIVIELLO AKA Kate/Kay Riviello of (((REDACTED))) PORT JERVIS. NY. (((REDACTED)))
Has several counts of fraud all recorded in the NYC Courts system:

She was also reported to the IRS recently, institution to which she currently owes money too and is on a payment plan for unpaid taxes. The IRS will now investigate what all the money she has recently received has been used for and if in fact she reported this income to them. KATE/KAY/KATHRYN F RIVIELLO is not an approved IRS 501c3 non-for profit rescue or organization. She collects funds through her personal pay pal account and does don’t give access to donors for audits which include producing invoices from vendors she hires, receipts of purchases, and other pertinent paperwork. This un-orthodox practice of taking money from donors and not giving them access to her books has raised big concerns among the animal rescue community in the State of New York and is quickly spreading nationwide.
Ms. Riviello calls herself an activist when in fact she is an unemployed middle aged woman without a profession or college education that lives off donations from kind donors she manages to reel in through social media pages such as Facebook and Twitter. Her latest creation in order to obtain funds from donors is to plan protests and charge people for their free time to be able attend her protests making false promises of shutting down the NYC ACC and build a no kill shelter. She also makes claims of working laws with councilmen which never materialize. Within the last year, she has posted two protests she charged people for but actually cancelled both events and never returned the money to the donors, some of them went public on social media requesting their money back but she blocked them from all contact.
KATE/KAY/KATHRYN F RIVIELLO is under an open “animal cruelty investigation” by the police of Port Jervis, New York who went to her house after neighbors constantly complained about a foul odor coming from her home. PETA also went to her house this past June 16th, 2013 after finding out she kept five dead cats in her freezer and consider this as “animal cruelty” because the cause of death of these animals is unknown and needs to be investigated. Also the fact that she has kept these animals in her freezer for such a long time raises big concerns about her mental health. Unfortunately Ms. Riviello didn’t allow access either to the police or PETA but a warrant to raid her property is in the works. The name of detective will remain anonymous until further notice.
Her latest scam creation is a protest she crafted taking place outside a mall in Staten Island on Saturday June 22nd, 2013 for which she is charging people $45 per ticket/person to attend a protest in a “free of charge public area”. She is trying to get 300 people to produce funds for this event, she is also charging $25 for t-shirts that must be worn at this event. That elevates the charge per person at $75 x $300 for a total of $22,500 going into Ms. Riviellos’ personal pay pal account.
This is preposterous and outrageous as none of this money will be used in fact to save death row animals or anything animal related nor will donors have access Ms. Riviello’s paperwork/accounting books.
We have alerted the authorities of this sting taking place on Saturday June 22nd, 2013 and it will be dealt with swiftly and very aggressively in order to stop Ms. Riviello of crafting anymore fraudulent events.

A True Rescue-Activist Tale from Kay Riviello:
Over the summer this year, there was a doggie on death row and his name is Jack. He was so adorable with the red brick background. A friend of mine from my network that had helped rescue a dog with me before approached me and said that she wanted to foster the dog. I was hesitant because my friend was sick and had a house full of cats and a seni or dog
A month or so later, my friend got very, very sick and it was an urgent matter that we move the dog to another foster situation, so urgent that the dog was placed at vet’s office for pick-up.
A woman from CT came forward and stated that she wanted to foster. When she approached me, a fellow rescuer in CT witnessed this and immediately sent me an email that this individual was banned by two shelters for hoarding too many dogs in her house. But I was quite desperate so I gave the woman the time of day. She was intelligent and engaging. She stated that she had two dogs, two bunnies and two to three cats, that her two dogs were separated, which was the first red flag. I never informed her that I knew she was a DNF (do not foster).
I decided to give the woman from CT the benefit of the doubt and that I would manage the situation at her house closely so that it would be to the dog’s benefit.
The transporter that brought Jack to the woman in CT immediately put up red flags too. She was quite horrified at the condition of the house. I arrived to the home shortly after the dog arrived and the first observation was that the yard was not fenced in (but I knew this) and it was on a busy road. The yard itself was full of dangerous debris. She tied the dogs out from the front door at least with a secure tie-out. But that front door appeared flimsy and her two sons were completely irresponsible.
The woman’s two-bedroom ranch was very small, similar to the size of a trailer home. The living room as one entered had only room for maybe two or three people to stand in one spot. It was filled with junk including the two bunnies but it was clean-ish – there was no smell of urine or feces. I inspected the dining room from where I sat on the couch and it too was filled with junk so that the back door was inaccessible and all one could do is walk by but again, no smell just hoarded junk. Unfortunately the kitchen was where the filth was – food that was perhaps last cooked six months before caked on the oven. Garbage was all over the floor. However, the bathroom was average clean and her bedroom was filled with dirty laundry with only one spot in the bed to sleep.
I sat in the woman’s living room for over two hours as is my custom with fosters and adopters. I ordered take-out for everyone there.
I also went with her and the dog to the emergency room for a wound that was not sewn up at the vet’s office where the dog had been placed to await transport (as the friend foster had gone into the hospital). It was too late to sew up the wound but the antibiotic was upgraded. I paid the bill for $250.
Her two sons were interesting, both of them about 20 years old. One of them was in school to be a medical assistant and I asked him, don’t you help your mother? I told him we would clean up this house and he would help. He was speechless at my statement. Her other son was extremely dirty, unkempt, with filthy clothes, long greasy hair, bearded, and morbidly obese. She proudly proclaimed her son to be autistic but the disheveled young man was extremely well spoken and seemed to me to be fully capable of having a job at least flipping burgers or at a factory. The woman stated that there were others that felt he was not autistic either (as I stated he was not autistic as I happened to have worked with autistic children at NYU as a data manager and knew quite a bit about the condition).
The woman herself was obese and obsessively spoke of her medical ailments such as cellulitis and diabetes, etc. She did not appear to be capable of having three rambunctious barking dogs in the house but she insisted that she was capable. One of my rules of having dogs is that if you can’t run after them, you shouldn’t have them.
One of the reports that I had gotten from my CT rescue contact was that one of her standard operating procedures was that she would inform the rescue that the dog needed vet care and then the rescue would provide her funding and she would not take the dog to the vet. Well my co-rescuers laughed at that one because we would not be handing over funds to this foster for anything.
So I informed the woman from CT that when fostering Jack she was not to have another big dog in the house while Jack was there, that if she wanted to foster another dog, the dog would have to be small such as under 25 pounds.
Another red flag arose when the DNF woman from CT proceeded to housesit apparently at someone else’s house which meant the young men previously described would be watching the dogs. She stated that she was at the house every day but it was still bothersome to hear she was not there. Then she apparently was in and out of the hospital. I checked almost every day on her whereabouts and any reports available on the dogs in the house.
Then I was informed about September 6, 2012 that this individual brought in an unspayed female pit bull that was pulled from the New Britain pound by a PA rescue. I immediately wrote to this DNF woman in CT and stated that she violated the terms of our verbal agreement (and in fact by PM) and I would need to remove Jack immediately. She had previously stated that she might be interested in adopting Jack but never actually filled out an application or formally attempted to do so. In any case, she now stated that she wanted to adopt Jack, however, I was adamant that this violation (which she did not even inform me of and I had to learn of this development from someone else spying the threads) was enough for me to remove the dog. After all, a leopard does not change their spots.
On September 8, 2012, I hosted the biggest animal rights protest in NYC history in Times Square with about 200 attendees, it was quite stressful, with so much to think about.
By September 11, 2012, Tuesday, at about noon, I arrived to her “home” (which is apparently going into foreclosure, grounds alone to cancel any adoption plans) and met the ACO outside. She informed me that the house was disgusting and that the woman had become somewhat violent, belligerent and combative. I informed the ACO that I wanted the dog back immediately, that the dog was not her property, he was that of the rescue and the dog should be removed as I had just traveled two hours. The DNF woman from CT attempted to request that the dog be picked up another day or another time so her son could say good-bye but I was not having that. The ACO and I agreed that if Jack was so important then she would not have violated the terms of the agreement and put Jack into such a stressful situation with yet another dog in such a tiny hoarded home. We could all see now why she was banned from two CT shelters and had gone on to request foster from a PA rescue who was not aware of her DNF status.
So the ACO got the DNF woman to surrender the dog with the DNF woman stating that she was going to report me – what exactly she meant by this I had no idea. She threw the leash of Jack outside for me to catch, an extremely rambunctious pittie with a loose collar - obviously she did not care for the safety of the dog whatsoever. I immediately knelt down on the stairs to adjust the collar which was problematic in a dog that would not sit still. The DNF woman took this opportunity to open the screen door and hit my arm with the door, I guess attempting to make me fall down the stairs and have the dog get loose. But I’m like, nice try, because I simply stood up and reached my right arm up to grab her throat but she dashed inside. I secured the collar with a stronger leash from my car and off we went. The ACO apparently ensured that the entire shelter system of the entire state of CT was completely informed that this individual had a statewide DNF/DNA in place.
Jack went to another foster where the house is immaculate. He could run in and out of the house since there is a 6 foot fence in place. The foster mommy took him to the vet to get on heart worm preventative and check a fecal. Basically the foster has fallen in love with Jack and if he gets along with her white blind pittie, we may have a forever home for our Jack!! : )) I contributed $200 to his vet bill at that point as well.
In summary, I used a known DNF to my advantage, closely monitoring the situation. I don’t recommend this to the faint of heart or more large scale rescues. Since I am a small independent rescuer I could monitor the situation closely and move in to alter the situation at a moment’s notice, which I did successfully.
What happens next is bizarre. Here I am going about my life and times as a dog rescuer (and since I’m doing this for the past 18 years, it is pretty routine) and out of nowhere two older women about 60 years old who never rescued before, apparently befriended the DNF! One of the two older women is a known stalker of mine who used to belong to the activist group, a real badmouther, so I would expect lies and defamation from an individual like that. But the other older woman, up until this matter, was thought to be a friend! In any case, I happenstance go on her FB page (don’t you love those moments?) and notice that the badmouther had put on her page, something to the effect that isn’t it horrible that a person (me) (who had no right to) removed this dog from the woman and her autistic son? Quite fascinating actually that people are talking about my personal rescue endeavors without having to even inquire to me at all concerning any of the details of the situation!! The second older woman who has never rescued stated that she agreed with the badmouthing older woman.
I approached the older woman whom I thought to be my friend and stated you made a comment about my personal rescue matters on your page, how could you possibly do that without even speaking to me? She then proceeded to claim to know more about my rescue than I did!! I kid you not, I can’t even stop laughing!! So the charming but really boorish and sanctimonious Munchkin’s disease DNF woman in CT manipulated my older woman friend to believe her!! The badmouthing older woman might actually know the truth but will post out what the DNF is saying, that she was a good adopter and should have been able to adopt the dog notwithstanding the path-ish conditions in her “home” with a fake autistic son whom she actually made autistic for the attention and a welfare check (I do not say this lightly – but this young man is not at all autistic, a real tragedy and abuse that this woman perpetrated on her son to this end). Mind you, I can pretty much guarantee you that these two older women did NOT visit this DNF’s home! Lol!!
So there you have it!! The doggie Jack is safe and sound now, hopefully in his forever home and the DNF (well of course!) is badmouthing me for taking the dog out of her “home” but to reiterate, imagine with everything a rescuer has to deal with and then to see that there are stalkers and jealous badmouthers out there. When I spoke to the older woman that I thought was a friend of mine, she asked for “proof” that this woman from CT was a DNF, I simply stated I would rather leave her to wallow in her ignorance!! I have nothing to prove to someone who accuses me of wrongdoing and then AFTER the fact wants proof that I did the right thing!! Lol!!
I cannot for the life of me understand people that “speak out of their arse.” I guess I was well-trained to investigate something fully before opening my mouth lest my big toe tickle my uvula. But as it turns out, this badmouther situation brought out truth about the person that I thought was a friend of mine, that she had been harboring feelings that I was not honest in some way, saying where are the lawsuits that you promised to file and other accusations that were blurted out that had nothing to do with her toes down her throat. (Incidentally our first lawsuit that WAS to be filed for DEEOGEE was averted because of my negotiations with the Department of Health for which I’ll make a separate post-out.) When one tells the truth and does their due diligence particularly in rescue, one can stand firm in facing adversity from negative hateful people. As I have always said, dead gangrenous bloated bodies float to the surface for everyone to see.
So this sweet little doggie Jack is responsible for obtaining a statewide DNA/DNF on this woman from CT, responsible for introducing me to an angel foster adopter mommy, and responsible for outing a badmouther who was posing as my friend in my activist group, playing both sides of the fence as we say in politics. Isn’t that amazing!! This certainly lends credence to everything happening for a reason. I believe this little special doggie has so much more purpose too. Time tells everything! : ))

Barbara Stewart, no amount of you name calling and insinuations and harassment will make any of the lies you state true. Notice no where do you have proof of any kind of the horrible accusations you throw around. People with intelligence will see that. You appear as you are: a jealous obsessed stalker and I will get you in court now after your appearance at my protest.
People have come forward with proof that you surrendered your dog to the rescue (the one that was shot in the head) after you left the dog loose outside fresh out of the pound having been shot in the head) with children and water guns. After the dog came at you from behind, you called the rescue to have the dog put down. The dog was taken away to be killed and you were so happy about that, weren't you? But then the rescue made the huge mistake of returning this dog to you. I fear for this dog's life in your hands and beg you to reconsider owning dogs. And yes I have all the email proof that you surrendered the dog and asked for the dog to be killed.

Ye are so disturbed,bringing my health issues into this and also claiming someone has tons of photos and have real documents of my home showing I'm a hoarder,wow,they must be on another planet because I take pride in posting photos of my home which are in my FB albums,even my cat foster room,lets set this straight right now and after I have posted ye have my permission to call the SPCA and ask them if I am a hoarder 315-782-3260 Watertown SPCA and I will call them and I will find out if ye did actually call about me.
Though I resigned from the SPCA for personal reasons I was a Foster Parent for them,I was a Member/ Volunteer not only for the SPCA but also volunteered my time on Saturday's mornings caring for the cats at PETCO for the SPCA cats,I helped with the adoptions for the cats.
Also it is filed with our Police Department that (Probably ye friend(s) that I was neglecting a cat I was at the time fostering,I had posted before and after photos of her with a chipin asking for monetary help to get her blood work done and the chipin was met,she had her blood work done and was diagnosed with a fatal feline blood disease that had cost her a significant amount of weight loss and because of her former owner,I decided to keep her but getting back to having the Cops called on me,they showed up at my home back in Feb with an arrest warrant for Animal Neglect saying a PETA rep called them,I let them into my home and they were surprised how clean my home is and also even asked if I had pets because they did not see any of my 8 cats,they dont like strangers so they hid,I took them up to my cat foster room and they saw for themselves that she was just fine,just on the skinny side because of her blood disease,they then asked to see all my pets vet records which I showed them,they saw that all my cats are UTD and all are fixed,they also know me as the Cat Lady because of my Feral Colonies I single handedly care for by myself,it was I that got them all TNRed so whom ever told ye this are lying which is wot ye are good at,also a SPCA Board member has been in my home and knows I am diligent in caring for my cats,not one facebook member/friend has never ever been inside my home,stop LYING KR,if ye think to ruin my rep,not bloody likely so please call the SPCA or better yet just call the Police Department,give them my name and if ye want have them come to my home again and if ye do that know that I will file a harrassment charge against ye,oh and also I hope ye garner some kind of CANCER and suffer for it as I do on a daily basis!

No amount of name calling or caps is going to make anything you say true. If you will notice, none of these stalkers have ever even ATTENDED A PROTEST until they met me. I am so proud ;) Furthermore, lame protests? We just had a protest and rally of almost 200 people with candidates for office, clergy, community leaders, reputable rescues, a medical doctor and veterinarian, broadway stars, just to name a few for which we will produce a professionally edited short film. Look, I have worked long and hard to be where I am. Oh and I'll produce my educational videos in my own timetable, that Cremation Versus Bury Companion Animal video will be amazing, another first, no one has ever done before, you will be impressed. You say I will hear your name but you post your capitalized rant without it? lol, exposed as an anonymous jealous obsessed stalker that you are. Poor thing. I have never felt such deep pity for people in my life since the ilk of you have to live with yourselves in your filthy lies that you make up in your diseased filled brains. Onward!! :)

I have really tried to speak to you over and over about your little tirade Irish. Let's go over this again slowly. Read this carefully and have someone help you. I asked you to BOARD THREE CATS, okay, not four cats, not five cats, they were three cats that a homeless man left here when I allowed him to crash here for nine months and when he left, he left the cats. I asked you to BOARD THREE CATS FOR TWO TO THREE MONTHS for a certain amount of money that we discussed. I had your phone numbers BECAUSE WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE. The person that you are stating that I stole a phone from is NONE OTHER THAN "RAE CASTINA" - ELVA, who I am suing for stealing a dog from me, for forging an ownership transfer notice and colluding interstate for this dog theft. So do you think in your cancer-filled brain that maybe, just maybe, she has motivation to tell such a lie? :) We are going to superior court to straighten out that little matter. Oh and what REALLY HAPPENED IS THAT THE LITTLE WH*RE THAT LIVED WITH RAE IN THAT STRIP BAR STOLE **MY** PHONE!! THAT'S WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!!
Now, let's discuss why this little boarding arrangement was cancelled. BECAUSE I RECEIVED AN ANONYMOUS EMAIL THAT YOU WERE A DNA AND A HOARDER. Now I cancelled but I wanted to give you an opportunity to discuss this with me but "Rae Castina" must have instructed you to block and delete me. Shall I post out this little DNA notice, actually it is not little at all, this person really really did their homework on you Irish, tons of photos from inside your home, all kinds of real documents. I still would have liked to hear your side of the story. Oh well, but be sure and get that brain MRI, pancreatic cancer must be tough, spreads like wildfire ;)
PS on the harrassment notice filed by Laura Smith at the Enfield Police Department. IT IS NOT SIGNED. I have filed a complaint of falsifying a governmental instrument which has not been answered to date. I proved to the Enfield PD that LS was indeed trying to get "rid of" FOR A SECOND TIME the dogs back to the rescue. So LS was not contacted out of the clear blue sky - we were simply accommodating her deep desire NOT TO HAVE DOGS. Charges should be pending in this regard. If not, we will address this in court.

First of all, this entire “ripoff report” is completely false. I have three sets of stalkers since I am at this point a well known animal rights activist in an extremely controversial area. (1) PETA (ANTI-NO-KILL) has come to my house and has tried to file fraudulent complaints against me and had one of their operatives “Mikey Earthling Feldman” make a video for youtube and ustream that I am a “scammer” of some kind. Mind you, this individual CAME OUT OF NO WHERE in 2012, I never met him and never saw him at a protest for the past 8 years and states that he is an activist. He had just started doing puppy mill protests. Then BAM, I’m a scammer, he posts out my fundrazrs on his page and uses the word scammer but nothing in my fundrazrs was ever fraudulent or scamming whatsoever (smallish type fundrazrs, never anything over $2,000, mostly $500 fundrazrs for specific rescue animals. Then there are KILL POUND INSIDERS that do not want me meddling in what they deem their affairs of killing cats and dogs and then the competition of another nonprofit in NYC, as well as that I know many dirty little secrets of this system that makes some of them uncomfortable. There are several of those types slandering me. The third set of individuals are the most OBVIOUS in their blatant attempt to slander, defame, harass and stalk and this “ripoff report” sure is obvious to come from that particular camp. I believe this was written (and it states above “Laura”) by someone who stole two of my rescue dogs. There were three females involved who are perpetrating a slander campaign against me. My brief in court will be to have the dogs returned AND to have them arrested by the FBI for interstate collusion in stealing a dog in an organized fashion. This particular group of individuals also comprises former disgruntled banned members of my group. So to address the above, very simple, one thing at a time: 1) The credit judgment against me listed there is a credit card that I CHOSE NOT TO PAY. I do not agree with the charges and I also was not even served a subpoena to appear in court to explain this to the judge. NO FRAUD OR SCAMMING WHATSOEVER, just an unpaid little credit card that I refuse to pay since the charges were not mine. Next. 2) Like most red-blooded Americans, I have a payment plan to the IRS. Why this is relevant in any way is truly interesting and amusing. I am a self-employed business entrepreneur for over 20 years. If the IRS does not have any problem with me on a payment plan, then why would anyone else? Lol. Next. 3) Any little bits of money that have been collected on facebook (and truly the amounts have been extremely negligible MUST BE REPORTED TO THE IRS AS INCOME, that would be following the law. I HAVE NEVER EVER stated to anyone that I was a 501c3 and in fact I have always posted out that it was in the works and finally our 501c3 No Kill New York, Inc., is almost complete!! ïŠ A second is in the works as well. 4) I have been an INDEPENDENT RESCUER of dogs and cats since about 1992 in NY State completely legally. There is no registration with Dept of Ag, there is no license, it is simply considered a private citizen’s business to rescue dogs and cats. I have FILES ON EVERY ANIMAL I HAVE EVER RESCUED with a record of all expenses. 5) NO PERSON THAT HAS EVER DONATED TO ME AND MY RESCUE OR MY ACTIVIST ENDEAVORS has asked for proof of receipts or “audit” of my books ever! The only individuals who have demanded receipts from me have been STALKERS who have **never** contributed a dime to an animal that I rescued or a protest that I organized. If there is a person who gave a donation that is dissatisfied with anything I have ever done with the donation, I don’t know about them because they have not written to me or called me and my phone number has always been public. 6) As far as the personal attack on my lifestyle, this is just patently false – I am at LEAST 10 YEARS PAST MIDDLE AGE ;) Middle age for women is 40 and I am 51, so get that right stalker! ïŠ 7) Unemployed? I ran hospitals in supervisory and managerial positions for 20 years and then I have been self-employed for 20 years as a medical paralegal working for doctors and lawyers in the field of workers compensation and personal injury. Now I have no idea why this would also be pertinent except that this person is accusing me of living off donations!! That’s pretty funny actually lol, who has been giving me money to live on that I don’t know about!! When the real estate market crashed five years ago, I became full-time in animal rescue and activism living on my own and my family’s savings. Is that okay with everyone? Lol!! Oh and I attended Hunter College in NYC for four years majoring in religion at night while I worked at Cornell and NYU and THEN I attended University of Minnesota majoring in math and English on a work scholarship when I ran their test tube baby program doing my first press conferences at the age of 23. Okay? So no whereas I did not graduate, I certainly do have a college education. Okay? Lol! 8) “false promises of shutting down the NYC ACC and build a no kill shelter.” I have never promised anyone that I would “shut down” the NY ACC or “build a no-kill shelter.” This is a ridiculous lie that this person is making up off the top of their head. Every single solitary campaign that I have ever run in these past three years headlines the need to REPEAL 0655/059, that being a law that mandated no shelter be built in the Bronx and Queens. So that perhaps would have required reading comprehension on this individual’s part which apparently escapes them. Okay? Lol!! 9) I have been an active animal rights activist in NYC for approximately eight years with groups like NYC Animal Rights and Caring Activists Against Fur. My co-founder and I founded Hudson Valley Animal Rights Alliance which in Febuary of 2012 turned into New York Animal Rights Alliance America when we did our first protest for this campaign in Times Square. Although I started actively protesting in the streets about 8 years ago, I still was extremely active in my personal life for animals, as I said, rescuing actively since about 1992 and before that venturing out on Japanese veganism, i.e., macrobiotics, since age 27. So yes, I have much to say about being animal rights activist, I just have not put my autobiography together for people to examine to their hearts content!! Okay? !! lol!! 10) A claim of “working laws with councilman” – again no corroborating information or posting with this, not even sure what this hysterical lying obsessed stalker has in mind here but I will say at this juncture that I was a FULL TIME POLITICIAN FOR THREE YEARS in the little city that I live in, having run for office and campaigned twice with a Republican candidate as a Democrat. An amazing experience attending every committee meeting and Common Council meetings, meeting with the public and appearing in the newspaper almost weekly. I was responsible for one law here, the noise ordinance to be strengthened and enforced for a better quality of life for the citizens here. As far as animals, our group regularly influences legislation. We have almost 8,000 members and we regularly work with other groups to influence legislation. For instance in Waterbury Connecticut, we held a protest against the kill pound and almost overnight the pound was revolutionized to an entirely different entity, etc. Okay then? Next. 11) We scheduled a protest and rally right before Hurricane Sandy which was then postponed to February and then postponed to June, which was just held. This is really easy: ONLY THREE PEOPLE BOUGHT TICKETS before the February event, two of them were refunded upon request and another was thrilled to learn that a student would be sponsored to attend the June event. This tired lie is never corroborated with any individual that bought a ticket and did not receive their money back. h*o hum, next!! 12) THIS IS THE MOST DISTURBING LIE. (a) MY NEIGHBORS ****NEVER**** have complained about me regarding anything. I am an exemplary neighbor and we all get along perfect on my block. So this is total and complete garbage. Furthermore, it was confirmed by the ACO here that “Laura Smith” (the individual I’m suing for stealing two dogs from my rescue) contacted the ACO and submitted a false complaint to them. They arrived at my home and were refused entry and were informed that the animals in my house are fully vetted and the house is clean. Therefore they had no business being at my home. I informed them that the individual who lodged this complaint had MOTIVE TO HARASS ME AND WAS CERTIFIABLY MENTALLY DISABLED. Therefore it was dropped. 13) DEAD CATS IN MY FREEZER: Let’s put this to bed. A gypsy fortune teller from Scotland came to sing at my protest. I was informed by Homeland Security that she had no money to be here in this country when she arrived. They asked me if I would vouch for her and I said I would, even though I made it perfectly clear to her prior to arrival that I had no time to arrange for her lodging and meals. She apparently intended on freeloading and I was forced to spend $386 on her meals and lodging which she has to date refused to pay back. One afternoon when at my home, I asked her if she would help me bury two cats that I did not get to bury before the protest as the week prior they were euthanized at the vet. OF COURSE I HAVE THOSE VET RECORDS. When the two kitties were buried, the entire burial was filmed for a documentary on whether to bury or cremate. (The vet asks the question of whether you would like to bury or cremate, right? Usually I cremated but my friend has a beautiful 40 acres in the country and offered that I bury these cats there). We did not get to bury the cats as I had an emergency rescue to attend to. So that’s the story of the “dead cats in the freezer.” Okay? No, not three, not four, not five, TWO, again, the records of which will be posted in the documentary that is being produced on this topic. One cat was rescued from death row with sarcoma and crashing and one cat was 11 yrs old with kidney failure. 14) When PETA came to my house, this is what happened: A woman was standing on my porch knocking. When I looked out and did not recognize her and found her to look like a “street person” I was alarmed and felt she probably had the wrong house. I exited the back door to come to the front door outside and asked, “May I help you?” She came down the stairs and stated that she was interested in adopting a kitten. Now I could smell this lying sack of duty from a mile away, now lying to my face. I demanded ID. She stated that she did not have ID. Then she stated that she was from the ASPCA!! And that she was there to investigate animal cruelty!! I said, you better produce ID right now!! She said again that she had no idea. I think I gave her to the count of three to get off my property. Now I took her plate and the police interviewed her and she admitted that she was from PETA to the police department. I am absolutely certain at this point that a police complaint of HARASSMENT AND IMPERSONATION will be filed against PETA for this visit to my home. 15) PROTEST OF JUNE 22ND: New York Animal Rights Alliance America held a protest and rally at Five Star Hall in Long Island City, Queens, NY, where there is no animal shelter. The protest was 4-6 outside free and the rally was in an amazing beautiful hall from 6-11 for $45. No one was forced to come to this rally lol. The event was entirely filmed and the speeches by two politicians, members of the clergy, animal rights activists, doctors, veterinarians, vegans, and animal rescuers were flawless. I cannot begin to say how proud I am of this event and I cannot wait for its release to be distributed to every New Yorker we can find that will watch it. We discussed the need for animal shelters in Queens and the Bronx and the abject failure of the current system where thousands of dogs and cats are tortured and murdered. In addition, my new 501c3, will be granting a $100 donation to everyone that SPONSORED OR ATTENDED for THEIR favorite organization. This is being done to exemplify what it means to help each other. We start at home. Okay? Pretty clear there? 16) What is preposterous and outrageous is that the individual that writes this “ripoff report” has no recognition for the fact that we will never ever RESCUE OURSELVES OUT OF THIS KILL POUND SYSTEM, it will require (a) MASSIVE PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION, (b) LEGAL ACTION, and (c) POLITICAL ADVOCACY. We will never stop advocating for these dogs and cats until the system is revolutionized. So there was nothing fraudulent whatsoever regarding amazing event, this protest and rally of June 22, 2013. Nothing was done underhanded. No monies were wasted. When all the chips are down for this particular event, I will have spent out of my own funds approximately $15,000 not including the production of the short film and its distribution. 17) There are some screenshots there of PRIVATE MESSAGES between me and an individual that we had a personal dispute regarding funds that were exchanged between us. I publicly advised this individual that if they were dissatisfied with the outcome of our exchange that they should seek relief in a small claims court. 18) I believe the videos posted are of this “Mikey Earthling Feldman” who works for PETA as an admin on a 1,000 member site on Facebook and belongs to TWO ANTI-NO-KILL DISCUSSION GROUPS. 19) If anyone has any questions regarding anything I have written or anything that this obsessed jealous ridiculous ignorant individual has written, please feel free to contact me 845 856 7366. Please stay tuned for the numerous lawsuits that will be filed to vindicate me in every way. Oh and by the way, two stalkers by the names of Tabatha Correa and Barbara Stewart showed up to the protest of June 22nd to purposely attempt to ruin the protest by disrupting and upsetting the attendees. It was despicable behavior that at the end of the day was to their ruin in my groups’ mind and certainly proved to everyone present that indeed I have a terrible stalker problem with outrageous slander, libel, defamation, harassment and cyberstalking. I will never back down from these puny individuals. The animals need me and our group more than ever and we know we are doing something that no one else is doing – that is reaching out to the greater public right on streets of NYC to rise up against these atrocities so that we can have a MARCH ON CITY HALL IN 2014 that is meaningful. Onward!

November of last year she contacted me to foster for her,did not go through but as an after thought it dawned on me she called me on my landline and I had never even heard of Kay/Kate/Kathryn Riviello so how did she get my landline,she got it by stealing a friends cell phone,Kay accused me of giving it to her and I am thinking how can that be when I never knew her,I dont just randomly give my landline # to strangers,she will eventually hang herself!
