Loaned 25K+ to do a flip and the project went bust. This happens all the time with our investors but at least they have the courteous to be in communication and we work it out. Katrina appears to be this type of individual at first but not to soon does she begin to feed a bunch of excuses and stories as well as personal health issues.
I do feel for her and her condition but I dont think being out of communication for the amount of time she has been working it on us. Not to mention its always the next big deal she is working on to repay us back and swears up and down she is going to pay us back. I truly wish words were exchangeable for the money we lost but that's just not the reality. MAY NOT BE a RIPOFF but NOT a PERSON YOU want to Count ON!
