Over the phone, I purchased $300 of product and was charged $40 shipping. They would only take Bitcoin, gift card, or Zelle. I paid via Zelle. Waiting for confirmation, Kelvin said he'd call me back. Once he called back, he said he needed another $200 for a special code on the package. I explained I didn't have the money. He reduced the amount to $100.

I explained I didn't have that much either and if I'd have known the cost was so high, I wouldn't have bought anything. He said he'd check on our options and call me back. On this third conversation, Kelvin said he'd pay the $100 for me. The package could be delivered two days later at 2pm.

I had to be home to receive and show ID. No delivery came. I called to follow-up and was told he'd call me back. No call back. I called again and the recording said the number had been disconnected. He had blocked my number because a friend got right through to Mr. Kelvin Jones.
