The Auto Shop manger named Ken Smith

What happened: I discovered fraud; no repairs were performed but I was charged for parts & services to rebuilt the transmissionIn speaking with Ken Smith, the manager, regarding having my truck towed (free) into Eagle Transmission Auto & Repairs shop, he said they do a (free) diagnostic to determine the problem with 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I explained to Ken that I know my vehicle and everything works fine and that the transmission went out, I am just concerned about the transmission.

Why this was big problem:  Auto shop manager named Ken Smith, has a pattern of being rude and insulting to customer by calling the out their names; also he would drop off my truck on the side of the interstate; and he has called Mansfield police on me on March 23rd, 2020, because he told me my truck would be ready that day; so a friend(witness) was given me a ride to see if the mechanics was fixing on my truck.  Ever, since March 26th,2020, I given him 3-4 chances to resolve this matter regarding my transmission, not a sensor.

He claims that the transmission is fixed in my truck and verbally guarantee the quality on the work along with a warranty that l’ve requested in writing. The damage has already been done; this has grown into something that is costing me a substantial amount in money & lost work time.  And quite frankly at point, I am at the end of my patience, following several telephone calls and this is the third letter. I have now spoken to an attorney who specializes in class action lawsuits. He advised me to make one final request to Eagle Transmission Shop to make things right, and that is the purpose of this letter.

If not, of course, I will alert the Better Business Bureau, along with in the process to filling a complaint with DTPA for fraud. Especially after, I took my truck to an expert named AAMCO Transmission Total Car Care, for a 36-point Transmission check and the results of diagnosis the transmission slipping. Now, I can prove he lied about rebuilding the transmission repairs on it or fixed it under warranty and has cause emotion distress for the past 5 months, now.

I have formal demanded that Ken Smith to do, is make things right, I  want to be fully refunded in the amount of $2,650.00 for the services work that was not performed...with in 5-7 business days
