Ditto: This attorney is horrible and he is ripping people off. Do not hire this law firm.  His attorney-client agreement is illegal because he can (and probably will) breach the contract, screw up your case, withdraw. I had to hire a competent attorney.

Kennard has a high staff turnover of paralegals and attorneys.  They are incompetent, poor communicators, and will ruin your case. Don't trust those "BIRDEYE" reviews. That site is nothing more than a reputation builder for Kennard designed to sucker you in.

I hired him to represent me in an employment issue. I paid the $5,000.00 in the retainer. He ignored calls, sent out incorrect information to opposing attorneys, and tried to enter into a 'low-ball' settlement without my knowledge. I went through one other attorney who abruptly left. Kennard would lie and state that he would handle the case himself. Botch it up is what he meant.

He's too busy conning other new clients trying to get more retainers and fees. Kennard will not provide an itemized billing statement. He actually told me that in an email.

He misses scheduled EEOC mediation and misleads you about the settlement offers from opposing side.  If  Kennard challenges this post I will post all documents and email communication showing his incompetence.  

Do not hire this attorney.
