Kenny Chesney Ticketmaster VIP ticket package for "Trip Around the Sun" tour was a huge RIP-OFF! Nationwide

I purchased one VIP ticket in November 2018 to see Kenny Chesney in concert at Chase Field in Arizona June 2018.  The VIP "package" cost $500.00 through Ticketmaster.com  and there was NOTHING VIP about this ticket.  Upon arriving at the stadium, I found my VIP seat which was to the FAR right of the stage, in the second row.  The stage is set up so the area directly in front is called the "Sandbar" and has another stage coming out from the main stage in the shape of a  T.  The ticket to enter the "Sandbar" is only $200.00 and is standing room only.  The woman who sat in front of me to the FAR right of the main stage told me she paid $200.00 for her seat in the front row.  Throughout the entire show, all I saw, from a great distance, was Kenny Chesney's back, and only when I turned around!  This means that suddenly, my second-row seat turned into a back of the floor seat with hundreds of people in front of me!  My "VIP" package included a drink holder, a small bag, poster, lanyard, and a hat.  All of the items in my "VIP" package are now being sold on Kenny Chesney's website and total about $50.00.  I feel like an idiot for paying so much money to see this man who either has no clue what the companies representing him are doing to hard-working fans who love his music, or he does know and doesn't care.  I could have purchased one "sandbar" ticket, one front row ticket and all of the items received from the VIP package for a total of $450.00 and the experience might have been a better one.  This report is to hopefully keep anyone who is interested in purchasing a VIP package to a concert from Ticketmaster from making the same mistake I did.  Don't fall for the same promises I did.  They word the details totally wrong and make you think you are getting something better than what you will get.  The VIP items are all from China and probably cost pennies to make.  Buyer BEWARE!  And Kenny Chesney should be ashamed of himself for allowing this to happen.  A VIP experience should have some value which exceeds the normal price of a ticket.  Your boat in your video was purchased by hardworking individuals like myself.  Make yourself more aware of what is going on around you by listening to people like myself. 

Side note:  In December 2017 I was evacuated from my home in Ventura, California due to the approaching Thomas Fire.  I could only think of two items to take as we left our home that night... My son's high school letterman's jacket and my VIP ticket to see Kenny Chesney in concert in Arizona.  Thankfully our home was spared from the fire, but many of my neighbors were not so lucky.  I often think about how I felt during that concert after paying so much money and having such a terrible experience when that $500.00 ticket, the $300.00 round-trip flight to Arizona, the $300.00 hotel room in Arizona, the $9.00 for a bottle of water at Chase field and all the other expenses that went along with going to my dream concert could have been spent on one of the less fortunate in my community the night of December 5, 2017.
