Keto Lean Time now rebranded as TRIM LIFE KETO (SAME PRODUCT) I ordered the least expensive product, of about $35 or $39, as soon as i tapped to order, the price became $199 Florida Tampa

Before finding the price of the product personal and credit card infor MUST be entered, then 3 price levels shown.  I chose the least which was about $35.  when I tapped to confirm purchase, immediated $199 came up and sale was final.  no option to review before finalizing.  Immediately i called number on bottom of screen to cancedl, was not allowed to cancel. They agreed to discount 50% which was $124.99, which was still more that I intended.  they said they were a "third party" could not cancel orders, neither would they give phone or address of company they worked for, it is totally UNACCESSIBLE.

They said when I got product if i was not satisfied, then i could return.  I used all of one bottle, then called for return instruction. I can return, but pay postage, myst pay "their price" for bottle I used, then after they examine unoped return bottles, THEN they willdecide what amount I willbe returned.

Another issue, i intended to order the capsules, did not intend to order DETOX which was added by them.

when I mentioned being charged for product I did not order, she said the company was allowed to ADD things, that it was printed, i should have seen it (I did not, nor would i have agreed.

I have no assurance that i willreceive anything back when i mail the remaining product.

I have ordered thing allmy life, some did not live up to advertising, but i have never ordered anything that charged more than stated, thenrefused cancellation, nor from a company that makes itself invisible, no physical address, no phone,no official website.
