After an initial conversation, as I was seeking a 'full-service' e-comm/SEO integration partner, I paid a visit to the 'new' offices, back in 2014.  Pleasant and, on surface, seemed knowledgeable and viable.  But I kept discussing the contract and some legal concerns.... getting shifted from Chris to Kevin.  After days of the most insulting and rude emails I have ever seen, from Chris, and countless BS legal-eze responses from Kevin, it became very clear this was a complete and intentional scam.   (They were trying to get a huge upfront payment, online, from a non-secure checkout page...and wanted to create my e-commerce site?!  I think not! How many red flags do I need?)  Not just  incompetence, but intentional.  I finally ran away, disheartened by,yet another, scam in this industry.

I did not initially report here, as had wasted SO much time, energy and 'hope'.  I had to move on.  I am sorry for those who did get burned...but always, read the fine print, before you sign, and use your head.   Don't let 'talk' override contracts or agreements.
