Kevin Scott and Tressa Duniphan Scott are scammers on the run. In 2011 they had 4 children, 3 dogs and a cat which they claim are service animals for their hearing and anxiety issues (one is a chiwawa).
Kevin is a felon with an additional 6 misdemeanors on his record. They are slick liars and move from rental property to rental property trashing the places and leaving thousands of dollars in unpaid bills and court ordered judgments. Recently Kevin has been posing as a Pastor starting a Deaf church and Bible college. From his background check you never know what he might come up with next to try to get people's money and government grants fraudulently. Beware and do not do any business with them. Get a background check if you have doubts. It is a shame people like this have children and animals. They left the animals locked in a 3rd story room with no water no food and feces all over the floor. The children and animals do not deserve to live a life on the run like this, constantly being uprooted from house to house, city to city, state to state. BEWARE or they will take advantage of you every chance they get.
