I had an issue with my airbags from an accident that took Honda literally 2 weeks to re-program after using the wrong parts and programming the car with the wrong key. Once they were done they could not figure out why my car would not start. They then tell me my fuel pump is cracked and not to worry as is covered under my warranty. Then I am told that they do not have the part and could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 years to locate. When I spoke to JACK in service he said he could give me a comparable car but that was not the case as they did not give me a loaner from Honda but from some side rental company that was old and gross inside. Now I am paying for a lease for a car I cant drive. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT THIS DEALERSHIP ARE MAKING THIS AS HARD AS POSSIBLE.
