Klutchclub Bestowed Vey disappointed (Bad customer service+ received products I am allergic too+....Etc) New York Internet

I made my order on this site (http://old.klutchclub.com) and then I received an email and I was charged by this company (www.bestowed.com). I was very confused at first, then I emailed them asking them if that was a safe site. They emailed me back 2 days later. They said that kluchclub is part of bestowed now. Ok!!!! I called them several times, but  NO answer. I got my package very very late. Before I received my box, I called them again, NO ANSWER. I had to email them again asking where my package was? , They emailed me back 2 days later AGAIN !!! I was very happy to finally get my box. I opened it and the first thing I pulled out was a hazelnut spread, which I am allergic too (It went to waste). There were very small products. I paid 18 dollars and I was expecting good size products. I am very unhappy with this subscription box. I will be calling/emailing them to cancel it, I hope I will not face any problems anymore.
