Laboxtv.tv that is own and operated by Edmond and his wife Dalhia direct phone number (((REDACTED))), don’t provide you the service you pay for, is almost always down, most channels never works or you can nearly watch something, it’s really not working, no support. When you cancel the service they dont want to refund you as they say they will.
They did continue to charge for 2 month after I cancel the service, it’s a completely a ripoff. They have no right to keep my money and to take it from my card without my authorization. Also I did contact 1 channel they distribute and they have no right to do so, they are a real scam ! The guy who claim to be the owner with his wife, don’t even answer the phone! They are located in Aventura, close to Miami.
Stay away from them, there is a few other company that provide a great french tv service that is legitimate out there and offer proper support, honestly and transparency in price.
I am sure more complain will follow mine about them. They Rip me off and they know it. As there is no possibility to go after them for $100 I decide that at least people will know about it.

Hello, I am a customer from LaBox TV and it has never been down since I subscribed 6 months ago.
Great Company.
I used to have FrenchTv but 1800. a year is a real Rip Off.plus this one never works, specially if you have comcast
FrenchTV TNT: 69/mo Canal Plus 65/Mo, canal sat 40/mon
All of this for 35.00/mo with Labox TV (plus you get UK, It, CA, all europe+arabic and the cine club).
Love Labox TV.
I am a customer and I suspect that this report (false) was done by French TV as when you type in google FrenchTV complaint, this review comes on the top of all search.
