If you are thinking of renting an apartment, don't go to the Villas at Whittier 10350 Santa Gertrudes, Whittier, CA 90603 - unless you want your things to be ripped off.
There is a "wanna be" property manager on site named Geraldine Sanchez that steals tenants property. She could probably furnish a whole house with the things she has taken from people. Nothing is safe around her.
Someone should do something about this manager. She is a big liar, and will do anything to get back at those who complain about her. It doesn't take long to see what she really is. Her stories are not well thought out before being told. How pitiful that she is clueless to the fact that all of her tenants can't stand her. She says that her tenants love her. How could anyone be so far off in perspective? SCARY!
Stay away from Geraldine. She is a piece of trash.
