Lambert & Lambert Deceptive Evaluation Services to pocket fees St Paul, Minnesota

I contacted Lambert with an invention that had previously been evaluated by an leading research firm - free of charge, however, Labert wanted to perform it's own evaluation - for an fee; and, informs that if the evaluation passes they will move forward with the invention 'footing' all necessary funds to license the invention; and refund evaluation fees if an licensing agreement is obtained.

Lambert's evaluation of my invention concluded - in all categories, the same as my previous (free) evaluation; That my invention was unique, innovative, marketable, patentable, feasible etc.; however, it scored 'just shy' in certain "passed" categories of where they require - which would keep them from 'moving forward' with my invention. Therefore, no refund.

There is no mention of an so called 'sub score' in their initial evaluations description.

I contacted Terry Lambert and requested an report on their ratio of product submissions to products licensed, and have not received a reply as of yet ( 11 / 03 / 09).
