LBS TAX SERVICE /SARASOTA Florida Junelle Pierre Fake Company !!! They Will Scam You !!! Sarasota, Florida

I am a technology and marketing consultant to this organization and  an certify there is nothing ILLEGAL about their business and this is NOT a scam.  

Junelle Pierre LLC is a state registered Limited Liability company operating the LBS Tax preparation services of sarasota. look up Document Number    L12000077120 on www.sunbiz.org.  

This IRS certified and registered tax preparer is new to the Sarasota area. 

This Negative comment was posted by a Vendor named Rapid Marketing Intl. A craigslist marketing Predator.  They have other posted Complaints on RIPOFF this year  as seen here

This company has been reported for fraud, and steps will be takin to warn about their PREDATORY tactics on Craigslist in the Tampa, Sarasota area.

LBS does not charge any out of pocket fees for their services. They specifically state  that their preparation services BEGIN at $75 but will vary depending on how complex your tax situation is.

As you read this falsified report, there's a few questions to ask yourself starting with "If these claims are indeed true, how does this person know so many details about their marketing practices, their employees and even what the city is doing?" 

Clearly, these FALSE claims are all lies and have been written by a marketing company who was terminated on January 8th (the same day the report was written). It is the ONLY vendor we have hired since operating in the Sarasota area. They were hired to market for LBS instead they attempted defrauded LBS by taking the money and not delivering on their promises mutually agreed to with written contract. After various warnings of lack of performance Junelle Pierre terminated the company on January 8th which leads to the conclusion that they wrote this report out of anger that they were caught trying to defraud the company. 

There's nothing illegal about LBS's  marketing practices. They have a grassroots direct marketing philosophy where we go out into the community and speak to potential customers directly while handing out our business cards, flyers, etc. they participate in community events, and speak to any potential clients. The employees go out to market to customers as they are aware that direct marketing is the best format to reach new customers like any other company in existence.  LBS Tax Sarasota has never had any encounters with the police as mentioned in this false report. 

In addition to the various other false statements in this report, the statements about the fees are UNTRUE. Every client must sign their fee form as required by the IRS in addition to their authorization form to submit their taxes. If a client decides, they do not want to file their taxes after being given their free estimate, they have the option to walk away with absolutely no hassle. No client of LBS Tax Service - Sarasota has ever walked out with a $1000 fee.
