This company, Ledecor Furniture Vietnam, with owner named Henry Le, took a deposit for a container order to produce furniture to ship Internationally. They then came up with delay after delay and excuse after excuse why the order was not ready to ship. Initially, they infomed us that the order would take around 60 days to ship.

After 135 days, they continued to say it would take another 30-40 days to ship out. The order at this point has not even been started yet, as they would not submit any photos of production. Of course if they were honest and up front about it taking this long to ship out, we never would have placed the order.

It is quite apparent that they had/have no intention of shipping out anything. After requesting to have the deposit returned via wire transfer, they stopped responding to messages/emails and stopped answering their phones. The complete scam/theft is apparent now.

We had previously received several containers of orders with no issues of holding back/being scammed. We think that they timed it to wait for a large volume $ order to pull off the scam, as the previous order only required a small deposit of around $5000, due to items selected.

Many products, although looking good in photos (photos always look great right?), there were multiple Quality Control (QC) issues with these products. Beds did not assemble properly, Desks and Coffee Tables did not assemble properly, etc etc.  Inserts in the wood and machine screws did not line up, making most items impossible to assemble without "surgery" required to rectify the problems.

There were multiple products with flaws in the finishing. Many of the products also, you guessed it, started to split and crack in multiple areas. There were also Live worms in the wood, so opening up a box would sometimes result in sawdust filled packing and fresh worm holes.

We were told the wood is kiln dried and treated, which should stop this from happening. Apparently both of these procedures were somehow faked, with fake documents produced. We were told no problem, we will credit you back whatever is wrong. Well there was a lot of products with problems.

After paying in full before the container even ships out, you have no recourse with this company, as the credit they will give is a small fraction of what you should get back. Example credit of 1.4% offered, but never even received as they scammed us.

In addition to this, they highly promote their Senna Wood species, as well as promoting shipping out International orders to vendors listed on their website, including Uplift Desk company. After doing some research on the most honest reviews websites, there are many bad reviews on Uplift desk company as well explaining that the wood starts to split/crack substantially after several months. This is caused by the wood not being properly kiln dried to the correct moisture content.

This is also the case with many products we previously received from Ledecor as well. We accepted this hoping that they would correct the issues, as they had explained.

In summary, we would highly recommend NOT ORDERING from this company, as you will likely receive the same poorly finished products as noted above, and will likely lose your entire deposit (they will scam you and steal your money) and not receive any goods.
